★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tenho nada de bom pra falar dessa . O meu terceiro e atual carro eu comprei nessa loja e até agora é uma dor de cabeça pior do que a outra.
De princípio, o carro veio com problemas: no motor de partida, regulagem de altura do banco, faróis com defeitos, mangueira de água furada, sem trava do filtro do ar condicionado, chassi com 3 trincas enormes embaixo no qual fui informado que não passa na vistoria (isso explica a vistoria ter sido feita por conta deles) e totalmente desalinhado com os coxin e outras peças de suspensão quebradas (isso foi apenas o que percebemos ainda na garantia) e com muita reclamação e estresse eles ressarciram os faróis e a mangueira de água apenas.
E agora com 8 meses de uso tive que comprar um radiador, uma bomba d'água e um cabeçote novo (pois o mesmo não dá mais retifica por já ter sido feito 2 vezes) fora muitos outros componentes pra conseguir ser feita a manutenção
Não paro de ter gastos e ainda falta muita coisa pra fazer, só essa semana foi mais de 5 mil só pra fazer a parte do motor.
Fui muito bem atendido pelo Ivan junto com o dono no momento da compra, só não fui recebido da mesma forma quando voltei a loja para tratar desses tais defeitos com 2 meses de uso e irritação.
Comprei um voiage. E pra você leitor, espero que não passe o mesmo que eu..boa sorte caso queira comprar um carro nessa loja, pois eu não tive a mesma. ?
Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about this one. My third and current car I bought from this shop and so far it's a headache worse than the last.
At first, the car came with problems: the starter motor, seat height adjustment, defective headlights, punctured water hose, no air conditioning filter lock, chassis with 3 huge cracks under which I was informed that it does not pass. in the inspection (this explains the inspection having been done on their behalf) and totally misaligned with the coxin and other broken suspension parts (this was just what we noticed still under the warranty) and with a lot of complaint and stress they reimbursed the headlights and hose of water only.
And now after 8 months of use I had to buy a radiator, a water pump and a new head (because it can't be rectified anymore because it's already been done 2 times) in addition to many other components to get the maintenance done.
I don't stop having expenses and there's still a lot to do, just this week it was more than 5 thousand just to do the engine part.
I was very well attended by Ivan along with the owner at the time of purchase, I was just not received in the same way when I returned to the store to deal with these defects after 2 months of use and irritation.
I bought a voyage. And for you, reader, I hope you don't have the same experience as me..good luck if you want to buy a car at this store, because I didn't have the same. ?
