★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão é bom, porém nao volto mais, tentei duas vezes, a recepcionista tem um péssimo humor, grossa, mal educada.Deveriam rever essa profissional ou ela passar por uma reciclagem, é uma pena pois fica próximo da minha casa e minha filha e eu fazíamos la, porém ninguém gosta de ser maltratados.
The salon is good, but I don't come back, I tried twice, the receptionist is in a bad mood, rude, rude. They should see this professional again or she undergo recycling, it's a shame because it's close to my house and my daughter and I used to do it, but nobody likes to be mistreated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A manicure foi incrível porém as poucas vezes que fui lá (3 no máximo) fui tratada de maneira horrível pela secretaria, extremamente passiva agressiva e eu tinha medo de pedir qualquer coisa. Achei uma falta de respeito pois sou cliente e queria um tratamento melhor. Eu nem ia falar nada mas sempre que passo perto do salão vejo ele tão vazio e imaginei que seria por causa desses “incidentes”, acho injusto que trabalhadoras também sofram as consequências do comportamento de uma única pessoa. Inclusive uma amiga próxima minha também foi nesse salão e falou a mesma coisa, e eu nem havia comentado com ela.
The manicure was amazing but the few times I went there (3 at most) I was treated horribly by the secretariat, extremely passive aggressive and I was afraid to ask for anything. I found a lack of respect because I am a client and I wanted better treatment. I wasn't even going to say anything, but whenever I walk by the hall I see it so empty and I imagined that it would be because of these “incidents”, I think it's unfair that female workers also suffer the consequences of the behavior of a single person. A close friend of mine also came to this salon and said the same thing, and I hadn't even mentioned it to her.
