★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, sério. Esse lugar é uma piada. Em janeiro liguei pra agendar uma consulta. Pediram pra ligar em 2 semanas pq não tinha ng lá pra agendar. Liguei de novo, agendei pra quase 3 semanas depois. Cheguei com antecedencia na hora marcada e meu nome não estava na agenda, disseram que eu até podia esperar mas tinha gente na minha frente (eles agendam cerca de 3 a 4 pessoas NO MESMO HORARIO), não pude - claro. Reagendei para dali mais 2 semanas, liguei pra confirmar antes de dar com a cara na porta de novo e novamente, meu nome não estava na lista. Desisti, chega ne? Se não consegue agendar uma consulta introdutoria, imagina como sera o tratamento? Perdi quase 2 meses esperando essa tal de Dra. Fernanda e só perdi tempo. Ai que vergonha tenho por um serviço tão mal prestado.
Guys, seriously. This place is a joke. In January I called to schedule an appointment. They asked to call in 2 weeks because there was no ng there to schedule. I called again, I scheduled it for almost 3 weeks later. I arrived in advance at the appointed time and my name was not on the agenda, they said that I could even wait but there were people in front of me (they schedule about 3 to 4 people AT THE SAME TIME), I couldn't - of course. I rescheduled for another 2 weeks, called to confirm it before hitting the door again and again, my name was not on the list. I gave up, enough? If you are unable to schedule an introductory consultation, imagine how the treatment will be? I spent almost 2 months waiting for this Dr. Fernanda and I just wasted time. Oh, what a shame I am for such a poorly rendered service.
