Vendedor da muitas desculpas e não resolve o problema.
Não recomendo o estabelecimento.
Terrible, after more than 4 months I am still waiting for the finishing of my floor, I hired a certain floor with a baseboard model, the baseboard installed was not the one hired and it was not even finished. I am still missing part of the baseboard. just disorder.
Seller gives many excuses and does not solve the problem.
I do not recommend the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência frustrante com essa loja, contratei os serviços de venda e instalação de piso vinílico, no começo de Dezembro/2020, tive q tirar o taco e laminado e nivelar o contra piso, passei natal e ano novo com a casa no cimento e desmontada e nada de virem instalar, ficamos assim até meados de Janeiro, aguardando a instalação do piso, sem ter uma data certa comecei a cobrá-los.. ficou de vir um instalador q nao vinha nem no dia, nem no horário combinado, reclamei mandaram outro, aí começou a sair, a passos lentos, terminada finalmente a instalação, meu piso ficou com ondulações e pontas ( parecem pedras embaixo do piso), em toda a casa o piso ficou assim, horrivel, nem terminei de pagar e ele está horroroso! Tenho desgosto de olhar p ele… chamei o dono da loja p ver sobre isso, ele dps de alguma enrolação veio ver, disse q nao estava enxergando o “problema “, pois tinha vindo a noite, ele falou q viria durante o dia, marcou comigo, dia e horário e estou até HOJE ESPERANDO! Não veio, não deu satisfação e me deixou plantada esperando! Péssimo serviço, piso mal instalado, e no final tbm o atendimento ficou muito a desejar, não recomendo! Não indico! E não vejo a hora de arrancar esse piso mal colocado.
Frustrating experience with this store, I hired vinyl flooring sales and installation services, at the beginning of December/2020, I had to remove the bat and laminate and level the sub floor, I spent Christmas and New Year with the house in cement and dismantled and nothing to install, we stayed like that until mid-January, awaiting the installation of the floor, without a set date I started to charge them.. an installer was still to come who did not come on the day or at the agreed time, I complained, they sent another , then it started to come out, at slow steps, finally finished the installation, my floor got ripples and spikes (they look like stones under the floor), throughout the house the floor was like this, horrible, I didn't even finish paying and it looks awful! I hate looking at him... I called the store owner to see about it, he came to see, he said he wasn't seeing the "problem" because it had come at night, he said he would come during the day, he scheduled with me, day and time and I'm until TODAY WAITING! It didn't come, it didn't give me satisfaction and it left me standing there waiting! Terrible service, poorly installed floor, and in the end the service was much to be desired, I don't recommend it! I don't indicate! And I can't wait to tear off this poorly placed floor.
