Atendimento de você É PRECÁRIO.
Ligamos pedindo orçamento, ai pedem pra solicitar por e-mail, ai mando o e-mail e ninguém responde, tem que ficar ligando 3/4 vezes pra vocês responderem o e-mail que vcs mesmo pediram pra mandar ai se vão 2 a 3 dias.
Isso pq é uma gráfica rápida.
O material de vocês é muito bom, trabalho também.
MAS O ATENDIMENTO NÃO ESTÁ NEM PERTO DE SER BOM, CHEGA A SER PATÉTICO.

We call asking for a quote, then ask to request by email, then send the email and no one responds, have to be calling 3/4 times for you to answer the email that you guys even asked to send there 2 to 3 days

Your stuff is very good, I work too.
BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT NEAR TO BE GOOD, IT COMES TO BE PATHETIC.
