★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre eu e minha família fazíamos pedidos e sempre ficamos satisfeitos com o atendimento e com a qualidade, Porém esses dias fiz um pedido através do Whatsapp e fui super maltratada e mal atendida por um Atendente que era um Homem (não sei o nome dele) fiquei super insatisfeita com a forma que ele falou comigo e preferi cancelar o pedido e não voltar a pedir ... Educação e respeito com o cliente é a maior prioridade que deve ter quando se abre um negócio independente de qualquer extress ou mal Humor que esteja passando trabalho com o público e sei bem como é porém nada justifica a falta de educação com um cliente.
My family and I always placed orders and we were always satisfied with the service and quality, but these days I made a request through Whatsapp and I was super mistreated and underserved by an attendant who was a Man (I don't know his name) I stayed I was super dissatisfied with the way he spoke to me and I chose to cancel the order and not ask again... Education and respect for the customer is the highest priority you should have when you open a business regardless of any stress or bad mood. I work with the public and I know very well how it is but nothing justifies the lack of politeness with a client.

I RECEIVED THREAT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT, DUE TO FAILURE IN THE IFOOD AND ALSO ABOUT DELAY DELIVERY, WRONG ORDER AND HAVE IGNORED ME FOR AN HOUR, OUTSIDE THREATS FOR WHATSAPP, I WILL ENTER IN PROCESS AGAINST THE ESTABLISHMENT.
