★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dá 5 estrelas pelo atendimento fornecido hoje 30/10/2021 comprei pelo site e fui retirar a funcionária do guarda volumes me atendeu super bem a compra foi no meu nome porém o cadastro da emissão da nota foi no CNPJ da minha esposa tive essa dificuldade para achar mais ela prontamente me ajudou e resolveu isso de forma rápida ...
Porém 3 meses atrás fui comprar um compressor e estava aguardando meu sócio chegar, fiquei rodando a loja olhando os produtos e o segurança ficou passando o rádio um para o outro e percorrendo o mesmo corredor que eu estava, achei desnecessário tenho tatuagens e isso não justifica a tal descriminação não quis relatar ao RH mais fica a dica ( atendimento é tudo ) o rapaz do estacionamento se quer responde o bom dia.
Fora isso a loja é sensacional
Espero que inaugurem uma filial em Salvador

 I'll give it 5 stars for the service provided today 10/30/2021 I bought it on the website and I went to pick up the luggage locker, it served me very well, the purchase was in my name, but the registration of the note issuance was in my wife's CNPJ I had this difficulty to find more she promptly helped me and resolved it quickly...
But 3 months ago I went to buy a compressor and I was waiting for my partner to arrive, I was running around the store looking at the products and the security was passing the radio to each other and walking down the same corridor I was in, I thought it was unnecessary I have tattoos and that doesn't justify I didn't want to report such discrimination to HR, but here's the tip (service is everything) the guy in the parking lot answers good morning.
Other than that, the store is sensational
I hope they open a branch in Salvador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento dessa loja não tem ninguém pra ouferece ajuda o segurança só falta abordar o cliente eu fiquei mais de meia hora esperando uma ferramenta e depois não tinha
I didn't like the service at this store there is no one to offer help the security just need to approach the customer I spent more than half an hour waiting for a tool and then there was none

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administração, totalmente incompetente, fiz uma compra online no dia 09.06.2022, a entrega seria em um dia, porém o produto não existe na loja e não souberam informar nada, o whatsapp nunca tem ninguém disponível no momento, essa a mensagem, ou seja, loja não confiável. Não recomendaria, devido ser a prim eira compra e já ser decepcionante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá hoje tentar comprar uma escada e achei o atendimento muito aquém ao que a loja parece ser. Entrei na loja e só depois de 5 min fui atendido, isso porque pedi pra ser atendido. Com não muita boa vontade, o vendedor veio atender e demorou tanto de me dar o preço final e se tinha como entregar em minha residência que desisti e fui embora.
I went there today to try to buy a ladder and found the service far below what the store seems to be. I entered the store and only after 5 min was attended, that's because I asked to be attended. With not much goodwill, the seller came to answer and took so long to give me the final price and if there was a way to deliver it to my residence that I gave up and left.

Fora a organização na parte que vendes equipamentos e diversos itens na área da construção civil. Conheci o local por conta da aquisição de uma bota recém lançada da Bracol: DISCOVERY MAAG, que por sinal é um espetáculo; quem disse que não se pode trabalhar com estilo e segurança. ??
