Conheço outras pessoas que também fizeram acompanhamento, porém, com objetivo de emagrecimento, e foi notório como conseguiram resultados.
Pra mim, hoje, quando se fala em nutrição efetiva ( seja no quesito saúde ou estética) , Dra Fernanda se tornou referência no assunto. Recomendo de olhos fechados!! ????
Dr. Fernanda Elpidio was able to understand and meet my needs perfectly. For 4 months we have continued together achieving my hypertrophy goals. Without a doubt, it is just a reflection of the professionalism and empathy established from the first contact.
I know other people who also followed up, however, with the objective of losing weight, and it was notorious how they achieved results.
For me, today, when it comes to effective nutrition (whether in terms of health or aesthetics), Dr. Fernanda has become a reference in the matter. I recommend it with your eyes closed!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o prazer de conhecer a nutricionista Fernanda Elpidio ( Nanda),á alguns anos atrás em um projeto de emagrecimento que ela fazia ( nutry game) em que eu participei, perdir mais de( -4kg ) em um (1mês) seguindo as orientações dela. Desde janeiro desse ano(2022), eu a procurei para iniciar um atendimento particular e confesso que só venho tendo bons resultados. Nanda é um excelente profissional, ela motiva, sempre está ali para tirar minhas dúvidas, ela realmente pega na mão e te leva a seguir em frente. Super indico Nanda❤️
