★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o pior atendimento que já recebi. fui humilhado pelo atendente por usar gympass. o mesmo atendeu a ligação dizendo que "é melhor você desistir". ainda mencionou uma "lista negra" (que a academia deveria ter noção em 2021 que é um termo racista) caso você faltasse. um absurdo! não recomendo e espero que o espaço possa falir! antes de oferecerem um serviço, que possam ter bons profissionais que tratem os clientes de uma forma educada, da forma mais básica no mínimo! gostaria de ter a possibilidade de dar nenhuma ou menos uma estrela. completamente insatisfeito! PÉSSIMO!!!!!!!
the worst service I've ever received. I was humiliated by the attendant for using gympass. the same answered the call saying that "you better give up". even mentioned a "blacklist" (which academia should be aware of in 2021 is a racist term) in case you missed it. nonsense! I don't recommend it and I hope the space can go bankrupt! before offering a service, they can have good professionals who treat customers in a polite way, in the most basic way at the very least! I would like to be able to give none or less one star. completely dissatisfied! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
