★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a maior decepção que passei em toda a minha vida, juntei um dinheiro de uma vida, minha filha era recém nascida e fui comprar um carro que também iria ser utilizado para trabalhar. O carro deu problema no motor com 70 dias e eles não quiseram me devolver o dinheiro, nem sequer me ofereceu um veículo para usar enquanto estive sem carro. E agora estou pagando prestação a quase um ano de um veículo que está parado na oficina e eu sem dinheiro e sem emprego e eu com uma bebê em casa precisando do carro em diversos momentos para levar ela no médico. Gente pesquisem MUITO antes de comprar um veículo e dê preferência para pessoas comuns como eu e você ou comprem direto da marca porque depois dessa eu não confio mais em agencia de carros. Estou vivendo um verdadeiro drama por causa disso um pesadelo mesmo coisa que você vê na televisão com patrulha do consumidor semelhantes.
It was the biggest disappointment I went through in my entire life, I saved a lifetime of money, my daughter was just born and I went to buy a car that would also be used for work. The car had an engine problem with 70 days and they didn't want to give me the money back, they didn't even offer me a vehicle to use while I was without a car. And now I'm paying installments for almost a year on a vehicle that is stopped in the workshop and I have no money and no job and I have a baby at home needing the car at various times to take her to the doctor. People do a LOT of research before buying a vehicle and give preference to ordinary people like you and me or buy directly from the brand because after that I don't trust car agencies anymore. I'm living a real drama because of this a nightmare same thing you see on television with similar consumer patrol.
