Minha mulher foi a loja e os atendentes ficaram fazendo comentários machistas e desdenhando da falta de conhecimento dela sobre a ferramenta que ela necessitava ao invés de ajuda-lá a achar o que precisava.
Pior de tudo é saber que eu mesmo já fui a loja algumas vezes e sempre fui bem atendido.
Espero que a gerência tome providências para que esse tipo de atitude seja mudada e que a equipe tenha mais respeito principalmente nesse ambiente que as mulheres tem tanta dificuldade em serem respeitadas.
Infelizmente, por minha parte, já perderem um cliente.

My wife went to the store and the attendants kept making macho comments and dismissing her lack of knowledge about the tool she needed instead of helping her find what she needed.
Worst of all is to know that I have been to the store myself a few times and have always been well attended.
I hope that management will take steps to change this type of attitude and that the team will have more respect, especially in this environment that women find it so difficult to be respected.
Unfortunately, for my part, they have already lost a client.
