★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande variedade em materiais para serralheria e outras áreas do seguimento, pessoal bom de atendimento deixa o cliente a vontade , porém quinta 04/02/2018 precisei de um material que dava um valor por volta de R$80,00 e nesse valor eles não entregam , só fazem entrega de valor de no mínimo R$150,00 e isso pra mim é negativo , mais a mocinha que é dona e trabalha no balcão de atendimento e conhece muito de materiais que vende e ajuda muito quando as pessoas mais leigas tem dúvidas , ela é formada e talvez já pós graduada em administração de empresas por isso talvez ela tem a visão, os cálculos que não compensa fazer entregas de menor valor que 150 reais , mas ela devia rever essa regra da empresa e colocar um dia da semana tipo na parte da amanhã para fazer entregas de menores valores , pois estamos em tempos difíceis e não se pode perder vendas e deixar agradar os clientes ! 07/03/2022 editei a pedido do Google Maps: A empresa continua crescendo, o atendimento e variedades em materiais está ótimo ! Hoje dobram rufos, dutos e calhas simples por um preço bem em conta do que empresas do ramo !
Wide variety of materials for locksmiths and other areas of the follow-up, good service staff makes the customer comfortable, but Thursday 02/04/2018 I needed a material that gave a value around R$80.00 and at that value they don't deliver , they only deliver a value of at least R$150.00 and this is negative for me, plus the girl who owns and works at the service desk and knows a lot about the materials she sells and helps a lot when more lay people have questions, she has a degree and maybe already a postgraduate degree in business administration so maybe she has the vision, the calculations that it doesn't pay to make deliveries of less than 150 reais, but she should review this company rule and put a day of the week like part of tomorrow to make deliveries of lower values, because we are in difficult times and you can't lose sales and let customers please! 07/03/2022 I edited at the request of Google Maps: The company continues to grow, the service and variety of materials is great! Today they fold ruffs, ducts and simple gutters for a price that is well into account than companies in the industry!
