I've been buying at Ferramar for 4 years and in those 4 years who always attended me was the saleswoman Ingrid. She is an excellent professional, polite, attentive and charismatic, as many are not. Excellent service. I bought with Antônio, made the deposit and the other day they made the delivery. All by WhatsApp. I liked it, were punctual, clear explanation, polite. The price is one of the best in the southern region of Rio de Janeiro. Ferramar is already working with WhatsApp.
