★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento lixo, falta de produtos e opções. Não perca seu tempo e vai direto em outra loja de sua preferência, não faça como eu, terceira vez que venho e sou mal atendido e não acho nada. Nunca mais volto. Se tivesse estrela negativa, seria minha opção.
A garbage service, lack of products and options. Don't waste your time and go straight to another store of your choice, don't do as I do, the third time I come and I get poor service and I don't find anything. I never come back. If it had a negative star, it would be my option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem os menores e melhores preços na sua área. Bom sortimento de materiais. É bem localizado. Acessível. Sem filas nos caixas. As meninas do Caixa são simpáticas, rápidas e profissionais. Mas infelizmente os vendedores são "colados" nas cadeiras. Não se levantam pra nada! Não acompanham os clientes. Não sorriem e não lhe olham nos olhos. Não lhe chamam pelo nome. (Talvez só os grandes clientes) Vivem o tempo todo no Whatsapp e acabam perdendo algumas comissões de vendas, como ontem, que fui direto da prateleira ao caixa. Deveriam contratar alguém pra ajudar o cliente. Mesmo assim ainda recomendo. Porque os preços são muito bons mesmo!
It has the lowest and best prices in your area. Good assortment of materials. It is well located. Accessible. No lines at checkouts. The girls at Caixa are friendly, fast and professional. But unfortunately sellers are "glued" to chairs. Don't get up for anything! Do not accompany customers. They don't smile and don't look him in the eye. They don't call you by name. (Maybe only the big customers) They live all the time on Whatsapp and end up losing some sales commissions, like yesterday, when I went straight from the shelf to the cashier. They should hire someone to help the client. Even so, I still recommend it. Because the prices are really good!

Fico constrangido quando me dirijo ao vendedor. Cara feia, monossilábico, com má vontade em responder.
De ano em ano apareço por lá a fim de saber se melhora. Sempre me decepciono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar do mundo para se comprar qualquer coisa. As Maquinetas são do século IX, não funcionam por QR, não aceitam PIX, a essa altura do campeonato. Pois bem, vá tentar pagar via Ted, é uma burocracia absurda, vc passa 1h e talvez vá conseguir. A organização é péssima, terrível, triste. Os vendedores tão nem aí para vc, parece que é uma favor comprar a eles. Deus me livre. Evite esse lugar. É um inferno.
