★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Ferro Norte da areinha e simplesmente não gostei do atendimento. Primeiro, o vendedor foi atender o celular na hora em que eu estava lhe fazendo a pergunta sobre os preços. Segundo, não estava nem um pouco atento as informações em que eu estava passando a ele, me fez a mesma pergunta 3 vezes. Terceiro, quando o questionei sobre o atendimento telefônico, o mesmo disse que a loja fica cheia, então não tem como atender telefone, sendo que a loja não estava cheia e por duas vezes durante o meu atendimento ficou falando ao celular. Quer dizer que atender a ligação da empresa não pode, mas o celular pode?
Sinceramente, as empresas daqui de São Luís precisam passar por um treinamento de como atender o cliente, fica a dica pra que a empresa faça este investimento.
I was at Ferro Norte da Areinha and I just didn't like the service. First, the salesman went to answer his cell phone when I was asking him about prices. Second, I was not paying any attention to the information I was giving him, he asked me the same question 3 times. Third, when I asked him about the telephone service, he said that the store is full, so there is no way to answer the phone, since the store was not full and twice during my service he was talking on his cell phone. Do you mean that answering the company's call cannot, but the cell phone can?
Honestly, companies here in São Luís need to undergo training on how to serve the customer, here is the tip for the company to make this investment.

UM CLIENTE BEM ATENDIDO FAZ COM QUE ELE INDIQUE MUITOS OUTROS CLIENTES NOVOS, ENTÃO SE QUEREM MELHORAR FAÇAM PELO MENOS O BÁSICO ATENDAM COMO QUERIAM QUE FOSSEM ATENDIDOS.
OBS. TODAS AS AVALIAÇÕES QUE LI AQUI SOBRE A EMPRESA JÁ NOS MOSTRA QUE A EMPRESA NÃO TEM INTERESSE DE TER BOM ATENDIMENTO, UMA EMPRESA COM TODA A INSTRUTURA QUE TEM NÃO ERA PARA ESTÁ ASSIM.
