Me entregaram uma pele de vidro com o vidro lascado, vidros sem acabamento, só cortados, instalaram uma porta pela metade e sumiram, não deram satisfações de quando iriam retornar. Nós pagamos caro, quase 10 mil reais em 02 produtos, porém somos pobres, temos até dúvida se é por isso que nos tratam com tanto desdém, já que a FerroGil é a fornedora de todos os grandes prédios da cidade, pra eles o atendimento deve ser vip.

They gave me a glass skin with chipped glass, unfinished glass, just cut, installed a door in half and disappeared, they gave no satisfaction when they would return. We pay dearly, almost 10 thousand reais in 02 products, but we are poor, we even doubt whether that is why they treat us with such disdain, since FerroGil is the supplier of all the big buildings in the city, for them the service must be a vip.
