O proprietário Sr. Alceu Feldman não tem a menor noção do que se passa nessa unidade.Aqui se perde romaneio, não existe ordem de carregamento. Há uma completa falta de estrutura e organização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dá pra entender a forma de trabalho dessa empresa: Precisei fazer uma cotação e o vendedor simplesmente não me passou o preço por eu não ter informado o preço que já tenho no concorrente. Péssimo atendimento, vendedor despreparado e ainda se glorifica falando que tem 35.000 cliente, rsrsr, poderia ter 35.001, mas perdeu a oportunidade!
I can't understand how this company works: I needed to get a quote and the seller simply didn't give me the price because I didn't inform the price I already have at the competitor. Terrible service, unprepared seller and he still glorifies himself by saying that he has 35,000 customers, lol, he could have 35,001, but he missed the opportunity!
