★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locamos mesas, cadeiras e forros de mesas da empresa para realização de um aniversario infantil. As mesas e cadeiras foram entregues sujas, precisaram ser limpas, por nós, horas antes do evento. Após o evento a empresa alegou "dano" em um dos forros, que inviabilizaria sua utilização, e cobrou o valor do mesmo. Solicitamos para verificar o forro, que já tinha sido levado para a empresa. O Sr. que nos atendeu mostrou 3 furos, cada um com, aproximadamente, menos de 1 milimetro de diâmetro, de difícil visualização a olho nu. Discordamos da cobrança por não se tratar de "dano" controverso, de difícil identificação. Apesar disso, foi feito o pagamento do "dano" do tecido, em função do dono da empresa mencionar que faria o desconto do valor de seu funcionário.
Ficamos muito insatisfeitos com o atendimento.
Não recomendamos a empresa e não faríamos negócio novamente.
We rent tables, chairs and tables lining company to conduct a children's birthday. The tables and chairs were delivered dirty, they had to be cleaned by us, hours before the event. After the event the company claimed "damage" in one of the liners, which did not allow their use, and took the value of it. We request to check the lining, which had already been taken to the company. Mr. showed that met the three holes, each approximately 1 mm less in diameter, difficult to see with the naked eye. We disagree with the charge because it is not of "damage" controversial, difficult to identify. Nevertheless, the payment of "damage" the fabric was made, according to the owner of the company mentioned that would discount the value of your employee.
We were very dissatisfied with the service.
We do not recommend the company and would not do business again.
