A inflexibilidade foi apresentada durante o atendimento: como uma empresa que ALUGA não pode deixar que a retirada dos produtos sejam feitas aos sábados? Essa foi a inflexibilidade. Deixei de alugar pois trabalho e não tenho como retirar durante a semana e foram inflexíveis em autorizar uma retirada no sábado. O atendimento também não é bom, fiquei com a sensação de estarem fazendo um favor em me atender. Não retorno e não recomendo a empresa.
 I didn't like the service. Inflexible.
The inflexibility was presented during the service: how can a RENT company not allow products to be withdrawn on Saturdays? That was the inflexibility. I stopped renting because I work and have no way to withdraw during the week and were adamant in authorizing a withdrawal on Saturday. The service is not good either, I got the feeling that they are doing you a favor in attending me. I will not return and do not recommend the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Horário de atendimento restrito dificultando a devolução dos itens alugados. Ao comentar essa dificuldade com a proprietária, a mesma foi extremamente grosseira e mal educada. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 04/03/2021 fui até a empresa Festa Fácil para locar peças para meu casamento que seria dia 24/04/2021( achando que já estaríamos numa fase melhor da pandemia). Escolhi as peças , fui bem atendida.Agora nao haverá mais almoço de comemoração nem nesta data nem daqui a alguns meses , foi exposto isto com empresa que se solidarizou e entrou em acordo comigo. Agradeço a Silvia que foi super mediadora e entendeu meu lado como cliente , então recomendo a empresa porque fez um bom atendimento de venda como um bom atendimento pós venda que é um diferencial.
On 03/04/2021 I went to the company Festa Fácil to rent pieces for my wedding that would be on 04/24/2021 (thinking that we would already be in a better phase of the pandemic). I chose the pieces, I was well attended. Now there will be no more celebratory lunch either on this date or in a few months, this was exposed with a company that showed solidarity and entered into an agreement with me. I thank Silvia who was super mediator and understood my side as a client, so I recommend the company because she did a good sales service as a good after sales service which is a differential.

Fazemos parte de uma Sociedade regida por leis, normas e regras.
Seguir a lei, ter regras, horários estipulado para atendimento, dia e horário para retirar material, dia e horário para devolver material, são regras para se manter qualquer local em ordem, em seu perfeito equilíbrio.
Tem que ter Contrato de Locação para retirar o material, isso faz parte da Lei, para isso é exigido documentos necessários para se fazer Cadastro e o Contrato de Locação.
Para uns isso é "um horror"
Para outros isso é "ser chata"
Para muitos é "intransigência ou mal humor"
