De início fui muito bem atendidas fechei aluguel de uma mesa com eles, mas, quando ela chegou no local de minha festa, percebi que estava com uma “lasca” gigante e bem visível. Telefonei, imediatamente, reclamando e fui informada que eles trocariam a mesa antes de minha festa. Entretanto não o fizeram, não deram explicações ou stisfação e, quando mandei um e-mail explicando o quanto fiquei chateada, IGNORARAM!
My experience was quite negative after all. At first I was very well attended I closed a table rental with them, but when she arrived at the place of my party, I realized that I had a giant "splinter" and very visible. I phoned, complaining and was told they would change the table before my party. But they did not do it, gave no explanation or satisfaction, and when I sent an email explaining how upset I was, IGNORED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma entrega de material,a mulher me fez esperar enquanto ela fazia ligações,se um dia precisar será o último lugar que eu procuraria, muito arrogante sem educação, péssimo dos péssimos.fazendo orçamentos ao invés de me liberar,lugar ruim de parar pois fica na avenida Afonso Pena, local de trânsito intenso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pèssimo. Aluguel uma toalha de mesa que veio numa embalagem lacrada. Chegando no evento, a toalha estava manchada e quando fui entregar, me cobraram taxa de mofo, alegando que a toalha estava suja.
Terrible. Rent a tablecloth that came in a sealed package. Arriving at the event, the towel was stained and when I went to deliver it, they charged me with a mold fee, claiming that the towel was dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certa confusão na entrega, alguns itens vieram faltando ou com qualidade abaixo do desejável, como toalha com furo, outra manchada, mesa muito estragada, mas dei nota 5 estrelas pq houve boa vontade em resolver os problemas, com substituição de mesas e depois fornecimento de toalha para tampar as mesas que ainda não estavam com uma boa aparência. Enfim, eu esperaria mais qualidade dos materiais, mas fiquei satisfeito com a empresa ter buscado solucionar o problema.
Some confusion in the delivery, some items were missing or with less than desirable quality, such as a towel with a hole, another one stained, a very damaged table, but I gave it 5 stars because there was a willingness to solve the problems, replacing tables and then supplying tablecloth to cover the tables that still weren't looking good. Anyway, I would have expected more quality materials, but I was pleased that the company tried to solve the problem.
