What's the use of us calling the receptionist answering and we hanging up the phone without our being answered? For me it's no use ..
Trying to talk to the Contributions and Legal sector is an almost impossible mission.

Esse órgão deixa a desejar em muita coisa. A principal delas é no quesito atendimento.
Funcionários mau humorados. Perdi mais de uma hora pra fazer homologação e acabei não conseguindo fazer.
Esses funcionários sequer se preocupam em dar informações ou receber bem as pessoas.
Uma das poucas coisas positivas que vi foi a climatização da sala de espera e o banheiro limpo.
Este por sua vez faltava sabonete pra lavagem das mãos. ?
If I had the option to give any stars I would.
This organ leaves much to be desired. The main one is in the service area.
Sulky employees. I lost more than an hour to do homologation and ended up not being able to do it.
These employees are not even concerned with giving information or welcoming people.
One of the few positive things I saw was the air conditioning in the waiting room and the clean bathroom.
This in turn lacked hand washing soap. ?
