Inicialmente, foi-me proposto um seguro com o qual concordei (110% fipe, 30 dias de carro reserva). Posteriormente, recebi a apólice com termos totalmente distintos do aceito (100% fipe, 7 dias de carro reserva e outro, o qual não lembro) e ínfima diferença de preço (coisa de menos de 100 reais). Por isso, recomendo que verifiquem duplamente o proposto e o, de fato, recebido.
Imediatamente, liguei indagando ao corretor (Renato) os porquês das divergências. Informou que ocorreram modificações, pois a proposta havia se vencido. Fato inverídico, já que o aceite foi dado dentro do prazo de validade da proposta originária. Após me identificar e informar minha profissão, silenciou e disse que "veria". Não obtive qualquer retorno.
Após uma única reclamação na Ouvidoria da SOMPO, o corretor informou que assumiria, no caso de sinistro, com os dias extra do carro reserva e só. Esse foi meu último contato indireto com ele.
Não o processei, pois meu pai tinha certa estima por esse cidadão e me desencorajou. Além de ser corretor de outros membros da família.
Entretanto, garanto que me livrei de um péssimo serviço! Não os recomendo! Estou com outro corretor e com outro seguro (nada contra a SOMPO, pois o erro não foi dela).

I did not get any return.
After a single complaint at the SOMPO Ombudsman, the broker informed that he would assume, in the event of a claim, with the extra days of the reserve car and that alone. That was my last indirect contact with him.
I did not sue him because my father had a certain esteem for this citizen and discouraged me. In addition to being a broker for other family members.
However, I guarantee that I got rid of a bad service! I don't recommend them! I have another broker and another insurance (nothing against SOMPO, because the mistake was not hers).
