★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia pessima! Realmente o vendedor Tales era otimo mas ja não está mais la. Os demais simplismente não respondem. Nem o gerente Ulisses. Ate hoje não finalizaram a minha instalação que começou no ano passado e ainda falta um ultimo item para entregar pago 100% dia 26/3 e eu simplismente não consigo falar com niguem e no fixo o vendendor Bras desligou na minha cara. Surreal! Não comprem!
Bad experience! Really the seller Tales was great but is no longer there. The others just don't respond. Not even the manager Ulysses. Until today, they haven't finished my installation that started last year and there's still one last item left to deliver, paid 100% on 3/26 and I just can't talk to anyone and at the landline the Bras seller hung up on me. Surreal! Do not buy!

Comprei 40m2 de piso de madeira maciça, foi entregue tudo no dia certo e a instalação foi super rápida, com certeza se o vendedor não me explicasse a diferença entre os pisos de madeira, vinílico e laminado, eu teria comprado errado sem as informações certas
The seller Tales was very attentive, came to my work, answered my doubts and made an excellent price. I bought 40m2 of solid wood flooring, everything was delivered on time and installation was super quick, for sure if the seller hadn't explained the difference between wood, vinyl and laminate floors, I would have bought wrong without the right information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre o que promete, não entrega os materiais, ficam enrolando. Pegam o dinheiro do cliente e não cumprem o acordado. Comprei pergolado, piso, portas e painéis e novembro de 2021 e até hoje não entregaram, cada hora inventam uma desculpa diferente.
Deixaram um monte de madeira na obra a falaram para eu procurar alguém pra fazer o pergolado, comprei piso pronto de 12cm de largura, entregaram de 10cm e ainda incompleto, estou a meses aguardando eles terminarem o piso e nunca terminam. Fujam desses picaretas, o Diretor Ulisses não cumpre nada e depois coloca funcionários para atender e ficam arrumandop desculpas. Não acredite neles pois vão levar o seu dinheiro.
Company does not fulfill what it promises, does not deliver the materials, they keep rolling around. They take the customer's money and don't fulfill the agreement. I bought a pergola, flooring, doors and panels in November 2021 and they still haven't delivered, every hour they come up with a different excuse.
They left a lot of wood in the work and told me to look for someone to make the pergola, I bought a 12cm wide flooring, they delivered 10cm and it's still incomplete, I've been waiting for months for them to finish the floor and they never finish. Run away from these crooks, Director Ulisses doesn't do anything and then puts employees to attend and they keep making excuses. Don't believe them they will take your money.
