Na primeira vez que tive problemas com meu aparelho nem os técnicos da assistência técnica autorizada da Consul conseguiram resolver o problema do barulho alto do meu ar-condicionado, com a vizinha do andar de baixo já reclamando do barulho! O Técnico Francisco me foi indicado pelo síndico da época e resolveu o meu problema! Agora, pela segunda vez, no final do ano passado, depois de ter passado alguns anos, meu ar-condicionado parou de gelar direito, e estava fazendo um barulho estranho, não pensei duas vezes e resolvi chamar o Francisco, que veio no meu apartamento no dia e horário marcados, abriu meu ar-condicionado e me mostrou na hora como o meu ar estava sujo por dentro, impedindo o bom funcionamento, e que precisava fazer a limpeza em outro lugar porque o estado dele estava tão caótico que não dava para limpar ali na mesma hora, e que precisava testar o aparelho depois da limpeza para ver se não tinha outro problema qualquer. Explicou o meu problema com clareza e objetividade, sem inventar problemas, demonstrando grandes conhecimentos técnicos. E, poucos dias depois, me devolveu o aparelho, completamente limpo e funcionando perfeitamente como novo, e sem fazer barulho nenhum! Já se passou mais de um mês do conserto realizado e o meu ar está funcionando da mesma maneira, gelando bem e sem fazer barulho nenhum! Sem dúvida nenhuma é o melhor profissional que já encontrei!!!
