Se vc depender do atendimento do financeiro, esquece, só funciona para te cobrar, agora para atender , esquece é vergonhoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Secretaria despreparada, você precisa ligar umas 10 vezes para encontrar a pessoa certa para tratar cada assunto. Direção mais despreparada ainda. Me surpreende a FGV manter uma associada com esse nível de atendimento.
Em relação ao curso, muito bom, padrão FGV.
Mas se puder escolher a localidade, não faça em uma conveniada STRONG. Me arrependi MUITOOOOO.
Lousy service. Unprepared secretary, you need to call 10 times to find the right person to handle each subject. Steer more unprepared yet. I am surprised that FGV maintains one associated with this level of care.
In relation to the course, very good, standard FGV.
But if you can choose the locale, do not do it in a STRONG convention. I regretted MUITOOOOO.

Terminei o curso de MBA Gestao Empresarial esse ano e estou há 5 MESES tentando saber o que houve com a minha nota da matéria dos Jogos Online. Liguei inúmeras vezes na secretária e ninguém conseguia me ajudar. Somente em outubro descobri que houve um problema no sistema da FGV e por isso, minha nota não saiu. E pra minha surpresa, o meu trabalho não foi recebido pelo professor. Mandei e-mail algumas vezes para o professor e não tive retorno. Depois desse enorme transtorno, sem atendimento nenhum da FGV, descobri que para cursar essa matéria a FGV quer me cobrar 3 mil. Ou seja, devido a um péssimo atendimento do professor e da instituição, de um problema de sistema da FGV e do desprezo que recebi, pra resolver o meu caso, a FGV quer cobrar 3 mil. Não vou pagar por isso. ISSO É UM ABUSO SEM PROCEDENTES. Abri uma reclamação na ouvidoria da FGV, número: OUV 17925 J. Vou abrir reclamação em outros órgãos responsáveis e vou exercer meu direito como cliente. Nunca faltei em nenhuma aula do curso, nunca reprovei por nota, nunca tranquei nenhuma matéria e nunca atrasei uma mensalidade. Espero uma posição decente da instituição.
I am extremely disappointed with FGV as an institution. I finished the MBA Gestao Empresarial course this year and I have been trying for 5 MONTHS to know what happened to my grade in the Online Games article. I called the desk countless times and no one was able to help me. Only in October did I discover that there was a problem with the FGV system and that is why my grade did not come out. And to my surprise, my work was not received by the teacher. I have e-mailed the teacher a few times and have had no feedback. After this huge inconvenience, without any assistance from FGV, I discovered that FGV wants to charge me 3 thousand to study this subject. In other words, due to the poor service provided by the professor and the institution, due to a FGV system problem and the contempt I received, to solve my case, FGV wants to charge 3 thousand. I will not pay for it. THIS IS UNBEATABLE ABUSE. I filed a complaint with the FGV Ombudsman, number: OUV 17925 J. I will file a complaint with other responsible bodies and I will exercise my right as a client. I never missed a class in the course, I never failed a grade, I never locked any subject and I never delayed a monthly fee. I expect a decent position from the institution.

Atendimento é muito fraco, sistema da FGV E-class é muito confuso, pelo valor da mensalidade, poderia investir melhor na usabilidade do sistema.

O atendimento ao aluno é péssimo, para todo e qualquer acesso que diz respeito a material didático, declaração, acesso a provas etc se cria uma "re$trição", as plataformas para aulas online são precárias e alguns setores como a tesouraria passam a impressão de trabalharem em conjunto com agiotas e empresas terceirizadas de fundo de quintal. Qualquer "deslize" relacionado a questão financeira pode se tornar uma baita dor de cabeça, visto que seu nome e seus dados são entregues à esses "parceiros", no intuito de estreitar acordos e obter lucros através de cobranças e juros abusivos.
BE VERY careful with this institution! Student service is terrible, for any and all access regarding teaching materials, declarations, access to tests, etc. a "re$triction" is created, the platforms for online classes are precarious and some sectors such as the treasury give the impression to work together with loan sharks and outsourced backyard companies. Any "slip" related to financial matters can become a huge headache, since your name and your data are given to these "partners", in order to tighten agreements and obtain profits through abusive charges and interest.
