★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos funcionários é bem atenciosos.
Porém o gerente muito mal educado, fui informado de um valor pelo telefone e na hora tive a surpresa que o valor erra bem maior.
Pra piorar o gerente sugeriu que estava mentindo e informando que iria ver a ligação com forma de intimidar.
Fiquei chateado e pedi que verificasse, porém sem sucesso.
Não tinha tempo a perder e fiquei no prejuízo. Sem falar que não anotou minha reclamação de uma peça que veio com defeito já que o veículo era 0km.
Comprei 2 carros 0km e tive que lidar com essa pessoa mal preparada.
 Staff service is very attentive.
However, the very rude manager, I was informed of a value over the phone and at the time I was surprised that the value was much higher.
To make matters worse, the manager suggested that he was lying and saying that he would see the call as a way of intimidating.
I was upset and asked to check, but to no avail.
I had no time to waste and I was at a loss. Not to mention that he didn't write down my complaint about a part that came with a defect since the vehicle was 0 km.
I bought 2 0km cars and had to deal with this ill-prepared person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pela manhã levei meu Renegade que apresentou problema no sensor do ABS. Tinha marcado para as 10hs, mas cheguei cedo às 8hs, fui atendido pelo Wanglesson Duarte que além de antecipar meu atendimento me sugeriu esperar alguns minutos para saber o diagnóstico do problema. Para minha surpresa, em poucos minutos tive o diagnóstico, autorizei o concerto e sai com o carro antes das 10hs, hora que seria atendido. Tanto o consultor Duarte quanto o mecânico Sampaio merecem uma nota 10. Fiquei muito imprecionado com a qualidade do atendimento e serviço prestado. Que estes funcionário sirvam como exemplo a ser seguido pela empresa. Parabéns para eles e para a empresa Potenza. Estou muito, muito satisfeito e super recomendo o serviço da mesma.
This morning I took my Renegade which had a problem with the ABS sensor. I had an appointment for 10 am, but I arrived early at 8 am, I was attended by Wanglesson Duarte who, in addition to anticipating my service, suggested that I wait a few minutes to know the diagnosis of the problem. To my surprise, in a few minutes I had the diagnosis, authorized the concert and left with the car before 10 am, when I would be attended to. Both consultant Duarte and mechanic Sampaio deserve a 10. I was very impressed with the quality of care and service provided. May these employees serve as an example to be followed by the company. Congratulations to them and to the Potenza company. I am very, very satisfied and I highly recommend her service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o veículo na Fiat potenza julho/2019 E hoje tive um problema no ar condicionado e fui até a Fiat e me informaram que a garantia é 12 meses porém o carro foi feito as revisões no período do veículo e me passaram que não ia cobrir a manutenção do carro devido a garantia ser de 12 meses sendo que o carro só tem 2 anos e meio será que foi mal uso?? E ainda fui atendida pela aline e ainda informou que se eu acionar a justiça não ia dar em nada pq a garantia é 12 meses funcionaria debochada. O atendimento só presta quando vc vai adquirir o carro zero pq não precisa deles o atendimento é péssimo. Ar condicionado não gela
I bought the vehicle at Fiat potenza July/2019 And today I had a problem with the air conditioning and I went to Fiat and they informed me that the warranty is 12 months but the car was serviced during the period of the vehicle and they told me that it would not cover the car maintenance due to the warranty being 12 months and the car is only 2 and a half years old, was it misused?? And I was still attended by Aline and she even informed me that if I went to court, it wouldn't come to anything because the warranty is 12 months, it would work debauched. The service only provides when you are going to purchase the zero car because you don't need them, the service is terrible. Air conditioning does not cool
