★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse dar 0 estrelas eu daria, nem pessimo é, é horrível! Atendentes mal educados e despreparados, sem contar a burocracia que é. Mesmo com outros 4 imóveis alugados com eles(todos sendo pagos em dias) a burocracia era imensa sem contar que estava há 4 meses querendo alugar outro ponto. Agora a dor de cabeça é pra devolver os pontos. Minha dica é se vc for alugar, tire suas proprias fotos antes de entrar, pois eles entregam o lugar em pessimas condições e querem que você entregue em perfeito estado.
 If I could give 0 stars I would give it, it's not even bad, it's horrible! Poorly educated and unprepared attendants, not to mention the bureaucracy it is. Even with 4 other properties rented with them (all being paid in days) the bureaucracy was immense not to mention that I had been wanting to rent another point for 4 months. Now the headache is to return the stitches. My tip is if you are going to rent, take your own photos before entering, as they deliver the place in terrible condition and want you to deliver it in perfect condition.

They delay sending the payment slip and then charge interest on the late payment. They say to get the ticket on the website that doesn't work.
