★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banho e Tosa PÉSSIMO, minha mãe mandou a cachorrinha dela para tomar banho e tosar como de costume (SERVIÇO DE TAXIDOG DELES), a cachorra foi toda feliz, pois ela amava tomar banho, demoraram horrores para vir entregá-la, minha mãe ligou informaram que estava finalizando, quando chegou aqui na porta a cachorra estava em pânico dentro do carro, completamente agitada, não queria vir nem com meu pai que foi buscá-la no portão, até que conseguiu pegar.
Passado um tempinho ela não parava de chorar, resmungar, minha mãe foi olhou e até então não observou nada, no dia seguinte ela ainda estava resmungando, foi quando minha mãe foi olhar melhor e pode ver que haviam machucado a tetinha da cachorra, na verdade estava cortada, na hora minha mãe apenas pensou em cuidar, começou passar remédio, até que ela se alivia-se da dor, e para nossa surpresa a tetinha caiu, ou seja, Multilarão uma tetinha da cachorra em um simples banho e tosa.
Minha mãe ficou cega de raiva, de diversos sentimentos e preferiu se acalmar um pouco antes de ir até lá conversar, pois só queria que a cachorrinha se recuperasse.
Hoje indo até lá, conversamos com um rapaz, que disse tentar puxar nas câmeras e no sistema, mas que com uma conversa muito fiada, falou que o sistema passa por beck-up e que já não estava mais no sistema, então minha mãe pediu para conversar com o proprietário e foi informada que o dono quase não fica lá, ou seja, mais conversa fiada para não ser passado o assunto.
Estamos completamente inconformados, pois o mínimo que poderiam ter feito era contado do ocorrido, mas preferiram se calar, achando que não se fosse perceber algo de tamanha gravidade.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LUGAR DE FORMA ALGUMA, FOI MUITA IMPRUDÊNCIA, SE SÃO PROFISSIONAIS O MÍNIMO QUE SE DEVERIA TER TIDO ERA CUIDADO, OU O SENSO DE CONTAR.
Péssimo local para banho e tosa ?
Agora a cachorra está com trauma de ir em lugares para tosar e tomar banho, algo que ela amava fazer e ia toda feliz.
 BATH AND SHINING TERRIBLE, my mother sent her dog to bathe and shear as usual (THEIR TAXIDOG SERVICE), the dog was all happy, because she loved taking a shower, it took horrors to come deliver her, my mother called informed who was finishing, when she got here at the door the dog was in a panic inside the car, completely agitated, she didn't even want to come with my father who went to pick her up at the gate, until she managed to get it.
After a while she would not stop crying, grumbling, my mother was looked at and until then she did not notice anything, the next day she was still grumbling, it was when my mother went to look better and you can see that they had hurt the dog's teat, actually it was cut, at the time my mother just thought about taking care, she started to take medicine, until she relieves herself of the pain, and to our surprise the teat dropped, that is, Multilarão a teat from the dog in a simple bath and grooming.
My mother was blinded by anger, from different feelings and preferred to calm down a little before going over there to talk, because she just wanted the puppy to recover.
Today, going there, we talked to a guy, who said he tried to pull the cameras and the system, but with a very small conversation, he said that the system goes through a beck-up and that it was no longer in the system, so my mother asked to talk to the owner and was informed that the owner hardly stays there, that is, more small talk so that the matter is not passed on.
We are completely unhappy, because the least they could have done was told of what happened, but they preferred to remain silent, thinking that something of such gravity would not be perceived.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN ANY WAY, IT WAS VERY IMPROVED, IF THE MINIMUM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAREFUL, OR THE SENSE OF TELLING, IS PROFESSIONAL.
Bad location for bathing and grooming ?
Now the dog is traumatized by going to places to shear and bathe, something she loved to do and was all happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico para ninguém. Os caras são muito brutos, não sabem lidar com um pet. Minha cachorrinha voltou com a barriga machucada da máquina de tosar.
Ainda bem que fui ver todo o banho, porque muitos cachorros ficam presos na jaula molhados esperando para serem secos. Não os deixem lá sem os vê-los. Quer dizer, não vá lá!
I don't recommend it to anyone. The guys are very rough, they don't know how to deal with a pet. My little dog came back with the bruised belly of the shearing machine.
Good thing I went to see the whole bath, because many dogs are stuck in the wet cage waiting to be dried. Don't leave them there without seeing them. I mean, don't go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar. Levei minha gata para tomar banho, enquanto um cara segurava o outro secava, resultado, machucaram a escápula umeral da minha gatinha. Tive que levar ao veterinário, ela teve que tomar injeção de anti-inflamatório, está tomando anti-inflamatório em casa e fará amanhã um RAIO X para ver se não é algo mais grave! Além da dor de ver minha bebê deitadinha o tempo todo, sabendo que está sentindo dor. Antes que alguém fale qualquer coisa, ela sempre tomou banho, tenho ela há 3 anos e desde que a adotei ela toma banho todos os meses, nunca machucaram ela e só levei nesse lugar porque mudei da Mooca para Vila Maria.
Bad place. I took my cat to bathe, while one guy held the other one dried, result, they hurt my kitten's humeral scapula. I had to take her to the vet, she had to take an anti-inflammatory injection, she is taking anti-inflammatory drugs at home and tomorrow she will have an X-RAY to see if it is something more serious! Besides the pain of seeing my baby lying all the time, knowing that she is in pain. Before anyone says anything, she always took a shower, I have had her for 3 years and since I adopted her she takes a shower every month, they never hurt her and I only took her there because I moved from Mooca to Vila Maria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorra Luna quando sente o cheiro do rapaz que vem buscá-la não para de latir de alegria. Ela chega cheirosa e fica por 1 semana. Precisei usar o veterinário está semana Dra Leda, gostei muito, cuidadosa e a enfermidade que ela estava já sarou. Parabéns!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, minha nota para esse estabelecimento era 5 porém vou reavaliar, confiei meu gato (Frajola) nas mãos da veterinária Dr. Leda de O. Freitas para fazer a castração do meu gato, levei ele nesse sábado 09/01/2021, o gato estava super bem, porém antes de levar para fazer o procedimento liguei para ter mais informações sobre, me passaram que o gato deveria ficar, 12 horas em jejum apenas, sem qualquer tipo de exame pré operatório, entreguei meu gato as 11h da manhã, quando fui buscar as 15h o gato não estava bem, me perguntou se o gato poderia sofria de algum problema no coração sendo que o correto seria ela pedir exames pré operatórios, não prestou suporte só disse para esperar uma hora em casa até ele reagir, se caso não reagisse era pra levar até um hospital sendo que o gato já não estava passando bem (sangrando pela boca, nariz) enfim resumindo o feito histórico dela, meu gato faleceu! Após a morte do gato ligamos para ela relatamos o ocorrido e pra nossa surpresa nos tratou com total falta de educação, e soltando vários palavrões. MUITO OBRIGADO POR MATAR O MEU GATO POR 240,00, SE QUER TER O SEU PET MORTO (RECOMENDO).
Good night, my score for this establishment was 5 but I will reevaluate, I trusted my cat (Frajola) in the hands of the veterinarian Dr. Leda de O. Freitas to do the neutering of my cat, I took him this Saturday 01/09/2021, the the cat was very well, but before taking it to do the procedure, I called to have more information about it, I was told that the cat should stay, 12 hours fasting only, without any type of preoperative examination, I delivered my cat at 11 am when I went to pick up at 3 pm the cat was not well, she asked me if the cat could suffer from a heart problem and the correct thing would be for her to ask for preoperative exams, she did not provide support, she only said to wait at home until he reacted, if he didn't react it was to take him to a hospital and the cat was no longer feeling well (bleeding from the mouth, nose) finally summing up her historic feat, my cat passed away! After the cat's death we called her and reported what happened and to our surprise she treated us with total lack of education, and uttering a lot of bad words. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR KILLING MY CAT FOR 240.00, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR PET DEAD (RECOMMEND).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão levou meu cachorro para banho e tosa dia 07/11 e meu cachorro veio com os olhos vermelhos e todo machucado (parecia que tinha levado um soco no olho) e ao ligar, disseram que o cachorro já estava machucado!
Meu cachorro estava super bem.. é um absurdo fazerem isso! Se não sabem trabalhar com animais, deveriam trabalhar com outra coisa! #peversidade
My brother took my dog to a bath and groomed on 11/07 and my dog came with red eyes and all bruised (it looked like he had been punched in the eye) and when he called, they said the dog was already hurt!
My dog was doing really well... it's absurd for them to do that! If you don't know how to work with animals, you should work with something else! #peversity
