no dia 17/01 fiz a compra de um John Varvatos e o produto não atendeu minhas expectativas....voltei a loja para solicitar revisão ou troca do produto e de forma surpreendente esse atendimento não foi pontual, se fez necessário deixar o produto e aguardar a visita do representante de vendas para poder avaliar a procedência da substituição do produto ou troca-lo....
sabemos que isso não é um procedimento adequado para o consumidor final, agradeço imensamente a boa educação e presteza da gerente local, porem, peço gentilmente a intervenção superior para que eu tenha um produto que atenda minhas necessidades
Hoje no horário do almoço voltei a loja e retirei o produto que já havia colocado a disposição da loja para tratativas com fornecedor

we know that this is not an appropriate procedure for the final consumer, I am immensely grateful for the good education and promptness of the local manager, however, I kindly ask for superior intervention so that I have a product that meets my needs
Today at lunch time I went back to the store and removed the product that I had already made available to the store for negotiations with the supplier
