★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com o nome na lista mas não me deixaram entrar, mas até aí, se é política da casa e houve um mal entendido, pode-se simplesmente conversar sobre o problema e orientar de forma educada. No entanto, fui atendida por um segurança extremamente mal educado que me tratou de forma hostil e, aos berros, me mandou pro final da fila.
Quando estava ligando para uma pessoa vir me buscar, já que eu não queria mais ficar ali, o segurança passou por mim e ficou falando de maneira grosseira comigo, sendo que nem na fila mais eu estava. Fui para o outro bar do outro lado da rua para esperar, já que estava me sentindo moralmente assediada.
Notei que o bar estava abarrotado de pessoas, muito acima da capacidade, além de que meus amigos que estavam lá dentro relataram diversos problemas na estrutura do bar. Uma delas machucou o pé porque uma pessoa quebrou uma garrafa e simplesmente não havia alguém pra limpar o local.

When I was calling someone to come get me, since I didn't want to stay there anymore, the security guard passed me and started talking rudely to me, and I wasn't even in line anymore. I went to the other bar across the street to wait as I was feeling morally harassed.
I noticed that the bar was crammed with people, far beyond capacity, and my friends who were inside reported several problems with the structure of the bar. One of them hurt her foot because someone broke a bottle and there was simply no one to clean the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bar é bonitinho, mas a experiência para os clientes é péssima. Isso pq eles colocaram diversos processos apenas pra conseguir pedir uma cerveja. Primeiro vc precisa colocar uma quantia de dinheiro na sua comanda e depois pegar o que for consumir. Os funcionários não sabem informar o valor das coisas e no fim a sensação é que você acabou perdendo dinheiro, pq sempre acaba ficando alguma quantia na comanda que vc não vai conseguir usar naquele dia. Sem contar o estresse de pegar uma fila pra pegar uma cerveja, chegar lá e descobrir que falta 1 real pra vc conseguir a cerveja e ter que pegar uma outra fila pra colocar um real na comanda, sendo que outra pessoa na minha mesa tinha um real na comanda e não pode juntar comandas. Isso tudo fica pior, pq deixam a lotação da casa no extremo e todo o processo de apenas pedir uma cerveja leva um tempão, por causa dos inúmeras etapasd e da quantidade de gente na fila.
Enfim, no fim eu e meus amigos fomos no boteco que tinha na frente que era só pedir uma cerveja e pronto. Deixei dinheiro na minha comanda pq não consegui usar e não pretendo voltar.
The bar is cute, but the customer experience is terrible. That's because they put several processes just to be able to order a beer. First you need to put an amount of money in your command and then take what you consume. Employees don't know how to inform the value of things and in the end the feeling is that you ended up losing money, because there is always some amount left in the command that you won't be able to use that day. Not to mention the stress of standing in line to get a beer, getting there and finding out that you need 1 real for you to get the beer and having to wait in another line to put a real in charge, when someone else at my table had a real in command and cannot join commands. This all gets worse, because they leave the house full and the whole process of just ordering a beer takes a long time, because of the numerous steps and the number of people in the queue.
Anyway, in the end my friends and I went to the bar in front where you just had to order a beer and that was it. I left money in my command because I couldn't use it and I don't intend to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no Fika Bar dia 09.04 comemorar meu aniversário, me pediram uma lista dos meus convidados e prometeram R$100 de consumação caso 20 pagantes fossem. Pois bem, eu vinha organizando meu aniversário com MESES de antecedência e vários dos meus convidados que TINHAM NOME NA LISTA não conseguiram entrar. Fui informada que eles não reservam lugar e que eu deveria chegar mais cedo para garantir mesa para os meus convidados, cheguei às 17h, e guardei mesas para o pessoal, pessoal que não conseguiu entrar, pois a fila estava quilométrica, e um segurança super mal educado dizendo que não existia lista e que todos os meus convidados deveriam pegar fila. PARA QUE ME PEDIRAM LISTA? PARA QUE MANDARAM EU CHEGAR MAIS CEDO PARA PEGAR LUGAR? PARA NAO DEIXAR MEUS CONVIDADOS ENTRAREM? Pegar bebida após as 20h era quase uma missão impossível já que todo mundo corta fila. Um lugar caro, com serviço ruim, que tinha muito potencial.
I went to Fika Bar on 09.04 to celebrate my birthday, they asked me for a list of my guests and promised R$100 of consummation if 20 paying guests were. Well, I had been organizing my birthday MONTHS in advance and several of my guests who had a name on the list couldn't get in. I was informed that they don't reserve a place and that I should arrive earlier to guarantee a table for my guests, I arrived at 5 pm, and I saved tables for the staff, people who couldn't get in, because the queue was kilometer, and a super bad security polite saying that there was no list and that all my guests had to queue. WHY DID YOU ASK ME FOR A LIST? WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO ARRIVE EARLIER TO GET A PLACE? TO NOT LET MY GUESTS IN? Getting a drink after 8pm was almost an impossible mission as everyone cuts the line. An expensive place with poor service that had a lot of potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não trabalham com comanda ou garçom na mesa. Compra, pega e bebe. Poucas opções no cardápio. Cobram entrada pra sentar na rua. Estrutura fraca. Acho q nem os bares da minha época de faculdade eram tão precários
They don't work with command or waiter at the table. Buy, take and drink. Few options on the menu. They charge entry to sit on the street. Weak structure. I don't think even the bars from my college days were that precarious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez p/ comemorar o aniversário de uma amiga. Nas fotos dá a entender que é enorme, mas é um ovo.
Tem fila para entrar por conta do pagamento e ativação das pulseiras (servem como “comandas”).
Vc tem que colocar dinheiro na pulseira p/ poder usar (lembra fichinhas). Daí, uma fila. -> se vc coloca R$50 na pulseira e usa 40 por exemplo, eles não devolvem os 10 reais. Vc tem até 30 dias pra usar. Eu não usei todo o meu, daí deixei com minhas amgs p/ elas usarem.
A fila p/ pegar cerveja é bem tranquila, recomendo esse lugar pra quem gosta mais de cerveja porque a fila pros drinks destilados e sucos é ENORME e por aguardarmos os drinks ali mesmo, acaba demorando mais. Ontem, ficamos 50min na fila do drink. Calor e estresse. A parte da pista é bem fechada, tem um ar condicionado só ali, mas no espaço em frente a pista, tem ventilação nenhuma!!! Além de fechado, não tem ventilador ou ar. Só no canto uma porta pra uma área que não cheguei a ir. Somente essa área (que era pra ser a melhor p/ dançar) é fechada. A da entrada tem ventilador e é com grades abertas.
Pedi um suco de abacaxi, vi o barman pegando água da TORNEIRA pra fazer meu suco. Depois de 50 min na fila, o mínimo era usar água mineral.
Minhas amigas pegaram caipirinha e disseram que estava muito boa. Cada uma pegou 3 caipirinhas de uma vez pra não ter de enfrentar a fila de novo.
Cheguei 20h11 (na fila de entrada), passei 50min na fila, sentei e bebi meu suco conversando. Fui embora 22h10, minhas amigas ficaram.
Uma coisa muuuuito chata é que muita gente corta fila na tua cara! Entendo o estresse de esperar mas poxa… vi que os funcionários que rondavam ficavam de guarda nas filas p/ evitar esse corte. Os funcionários são muito gente boa!
Apesar de tudo isso, as músicas e DJ são muito boas.
Não pretendo voltar, mas se vc for, recomendo ir cedo pra beber e beber o mais cedo possível p/ não sofrer nas filas e se divertir.
Por ser tão lotado, acho que poderiam investir mais no ambiente ou até encontrar um outro espaço pra poder acomodar melhor a galera.

The line to get beer is very quiet, I recommend this place for those who like beer more because the line for distilled drinks and juices is HUGE and because we wait for the drinks right there, it ends up taking longer. Yesterday, we were 50min in line for the drink. Heat and stress. The part of the track is very closed, there is an air conditioning only there, but in the space in front of the track, there is no ventilation!!! In addition to being closed, it has no fan or air. Just in the corner is a door to an area I didn't get to. Only this area (which was supposed to be the best for dancing) is closed. The entrance has a fan and has open grilles.
I ordered a pineapple juice, saw the bartender getting water from the TAP to make my juice. After 50 min in line, the minimum was to use mineral water.
My friends got the caipirinha and said it was very good. Each one took 3 caipirinhas at once so they didn't have to face the line again.
I arrived at 20:11 (in the entrance line), spent 50min in line, sat down and drank my juice talking. I left at 10:10 pm, my friends stayed.
A very annoying thing is that a lot of people cut the line in your face! I understand the stress of waiting but hey… I saw that the employees who were hanging around stood guard in the queues to avoid this cut. The employees are very nice people!
Despite all this, the songs and DJ are very good.
I don't intend to go back, but if you do, I recommend going early to drink and drink as early as possible so you don't suffer in the queues and have fun.
Because it's so crowded, I think they could invest more in the environment or even find another space to better accommodate the crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar muito aconchegante e confortável. Os preços são médios e a comida é muito boa. Ele não é grande, mas também não é pequeno e dá para curtir.
A única coisa ruim é que mudaram o modo de cobrança, mas isso não mudou tanto. Você fica com créditos lá para gastar depois e para quem vai bastante vale a pena até. Qualquer coisa você transfere os créditos para um amigo e tá resolvido.

Very cozy and comfortable bar. Prices are average and the food is very good. It's not big, but it's also not small and you can enjoy it.
The only bad thing is that they changed the billing mode, but that didn't change that much. You have credits there to spend later and for those who go it's well worth it. Anything you transfer the credits to a friend and that's it.
