★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom local, porem péssimo atendimento, todos os produtos que perguntei se haviam as vendedoras diziam "não trabalhamos com esse produto", mas foi só dar uma procuradinha que achei. A única coisa que obtive das vendedoras foi uma fichinha com o nome delas, a cada dois passos que dava uma vendedora tentava colocar uma ficha dessa na minha cesta, não sei se elas ganham comissão das cestas que estão com o nome delas, mas descartei todos, pois nenhuma delas me atendeu, só me entregaram essa ficha. A meu ver os proprietários deveriam investir em uma melhor qualidade de atendimento, pois as vendedoras só estão preocupadas em entregar o maior número de fichas possível, sem se quer atender o cliente e dando informações erradas! Como pode os vendedores de uma loja não saberem os produtos que tem na loja!

The only thing I got from the salespeople was a little file with their name, every two steps I took a saleswoman tried to put a plug like that in my basket, I don’t know if they earn commission from the baskets that have their name on them, but I discarded all of them , because none of them answered me, they just handed me this file. In my opinion, the owners should invest in a better quality of service, as the salespeople are only concerned with delivering as many files as possible, without wanting to serve the customer and giving the wrong information! How can store salespeople not know the products they have in store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ir na Fikbela pra mim é sempre muito desagradavel, o lugar é acessivel mas quando se trata de atendimento, tomara que voce não precise, hoje fui para comprar um marizador de cabelo para usar após a luzes, fiquei esperando um tempão para ser atendida e quando fui a atendente não sabia informar nada, mas me indicou um produto e eu decidi leva- lo mas a falta de educação dessa vendedora foi enorme ela me deixou falando sozinha, nem pediu licença nada só me ignorou, respeito é tudo! De raiva não levei o produto e só comprei as coisas baratas pra não perder a viagem, detalhe a propria me disse que produtos mais novos eu encontraria na Jéssica cosmeticos, acho que a proprietária precisa tomar cuidado com o grau de insatisfação das vendedoras, pq ao meu ver tudo estava errado, pelo potencial da loja acho que ter menos atendentes mas melhor preparadas e treinadas seria um investimentos para o negócio, de que vale atendentes de cosméticos que desconhecem os produtos, são grosseiras e trabalham insatisfeitas? Não foi algo esporadico, pq tenho amigas que não vão nessa loja por causa do atendimento, eu mesma tenho preferido comprar nas lojas do shopping onde as funcionarias são poucas mas conhecem muito bem os produtos e amigas do ramo da beleza vão na Jéssica cosmeticos que eu nem conheço, por causa do mau atendimento dessa loja.
É muito chato voce estar lá para usar seu dinheiro com o lugar e não se sentir bem por causa das pessoas que precisam do seu dinheiro pra continuar trabalhando lá.
