★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma amiga havia deixado um cachorro por UMA noite aos cuidados da clinica, em vista que ele aparentemente havia fugido e tinha dono, apenas aguardando contato do dono, e a clinica Filetti soltou o cachorro na rua sem aviso
a friend had left a dog for ONE night in the care of the clinic, as he apparently had fled and had an owner, just waiting for the owner to contact him, and the Filetti clinic released the dog in the street without warning

I've only been there once to update Thor's vaccinations. No complaints whatsoever. Very well attended from the reception to the office!

Agradecemos sempre e estamos sempre tentando melhorar.Entre os poucos negativos vários fakes que é comum no mundo moderno .Porta enferrujada ,hoje porta de vidro e ficou assim por um mês quando sofreu com ação de urina .Já arrumamos .Nota baixa por que não sabia se tinha atendimento domingo ? Temos a 33 anos !!!!Caso que passou por 7 médicos veterinários e o profissional vendo que espirrava sangue com frequência pediu uma rinoscopia .Arrumamos para ela fazer em São Paulo em colega , de graça porém ela não quis FAZER.Sumiu e seu telefone não atendia.Caso deveria ser tumor nasal e queiramos ter certeza pois já tinha passado por muitos colegas .Sumiu e depois comentou como se fossemos culpados .Atender dia e noite a mais de 30 anos é uma atividade difícil pois tratamos de filhos que geralmente vivem bem menos que nós seres humanos .
Casos mentirosos que nunca atendemos e fakes .....comentário que não aceitamos cheques ,etc .....muita mentira .................Mais continuarmos firmes e na luta . Sempre com Deus ...
Thank you for the positive comments from our team. We always appreciate it and we are always trying to improve. Among the few negatives, several fakes that are common in the modern world. Rusty door, today glass door and it stayed like that for a month when it suffered from urine action. We fixed it. Low grade because I didn't know Did you have Sunday service? We are 33 years old !!!! A case that went through 7 veterinarians and the professional seeing that he sneezed blood frequently asked for a rhinoscopy. We arranged for her to do it in São Paulo with a colleague, for free but she didn't want to DO IT. he didn't attend.Case should be a nasal tumor and we want to be sure because he had already passed by many colleagues. He disappeared and then commented as if we were guilty. less than us humans.
Liar cases that we never answer and fakes .....comment that we don't accept checks, etc .....lots of lies .....More we remain firm and in the fight. Always with God ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de atendimento de urgência pra minha cachorra, que da noite pro dia parou de andar, só que negaram, porque estava sem dinheiro naquele dia e iria receber meu salário dois dias depois, não aceitaram meu cheque pra DOIS dias, alegaram que estavam tendo muita inadimplência. Lamentável!!!!
I needed urgent care for my dog, who stopped walking overnight, but they denied it, because I had no money that day and would receive my salary two days later, they did not accept my check for TWO days, they claimed they were having a lot of default. Unfortunate!!!!
