★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de muito tempo com a indicação psiquiátrica para fazer psicoterapia e sem uma referência, foi uma experiência de intenso sofrimento que me fez pedir por indicações de pessoas de minha confiança e finalmente encontrar o Dr Filipe Guimarães.
A cada sessão, me sinto mais e mais fortalecida para encarar minhas dificuldades e recuperar minha saúde. Além disso, sinto viva a esperança pelo dia em que verei livre daquilo que me assola e no qual poderei viver uma vida "normal".
Meu único lamento é não ter começado esse acompanhamento há mais tempo: saúde mental é imprescindível e não existe qualquer motivo razoável para não tratarmos nossas dores emocionais e tentarmos melhorar.
Por esse motivo, indico fortemente o trabalho dele para todos aqueles que, como eu, desejam vivenciar uma saúde mental plena.
After a long time with the psychiatric indication for psychotherapy and without a reference, it was an experience of intense suffering that made me ask for indications from people I trust and finally find Dr Filipe Guimarães.
With each session, I feel more and more strengthened to face my difficulties and regain my health. Furthermore, I feel alive the hope for the day when I will be free of what is plaguing me and in which I will be able to live a "normal" life.
My only regret is that I haven't started this follow-up longer ago: mental health is essential and there is no reasonable reason not to treat our emotional pain and try to improve.
For this reason, I strongly recommend his work to all those who, like me, wish to experience full mental health.
