Além de sentir logo de cara o despreparo das pessoas que nos atenderam - técnicos que precisaram estar pesquisando no google varias coisas, tive diversos problemas com a instalação não solucionados, a balança nao funcionou corretamente e depois de diversas solicitações sem solução, me disseram que teria que pagar novamente para o técnico ir ate o local ou levar a balança para que eles pudessem verificar oque estava ocorrendo. Eu muito indignada liguei na empresa para falar com o responsável proprietário, a atendente me disse que ele estava mais que não poderia atender o telefone, eu disse há ela que o assunto era importante e qual horário poderia retornar, ela simplesmente me respondeu, vai ligando e tentando ( olha a forma como tratam o cliente ) Pois bem, entrei em contato com a Fabrica da Toledo para informar a minha indignação com essa assistência autorizada, na Toledo totalmente diferente fui atendida com excelência, quem me atendeu da Toledo, fez o acesso remoto e para minha surpresa verificou que o programa instalado para minha balança não é mais esse que instalaram, que o programa não esta atualizado ( detalhe faz só dois meses ), e seria outro programa a ser instalado, ou seja, além do despreparo vendem programas defasados como o próprio profissional da Toledo afirmou. Além disso algumas configurações do meu computador como o próprio profissional da Toledo relatou não eram compatível com a instalação do programa das balanças Toledo , mais um erro, pois eles instalaram mesmo assim. Agora a própria Toledo esta resolvendo e me orientou a abrir uma ocorrência na Toledo aqui de SJC. Paguei por um serviço e como o próprio fabricante disse, totalmente errado. Não contratem essa empresa, é enganosa, joguei meu dinheiro no lixo literalmente

I was very indignant I called the company to speak with the owner, the attendant told me that he was more than able to answer the phone, I told her that the matter was important and what time I could return, she simply answered me, keeps calling and trying (look at the way they treat the customer) Well, I got in touch with Fabrica da Toledo to inform my indignation with this authorized assistance, in Toledo totally different I was served with excellence, whoever attended me from Toledo, made the access remote and to my surprise found that the program installed for my scale is no longer the one they installed, that the program is not updated (only two months ago), and it would be another program to be installed, that is, in addition to being unprepared, they sell programs lagged as the Toledo professional himself stated. Não dão suporte nem orientação de como proceder em caso de problemas com maquinário, que inclusive tive problema com 2 equipamentos. 1 na primeira semana deu problema, tive muita dificuldade para troca e o outro agora com 6 meses e meio de utilização e já apresenta problema já reportei o problema na semana passada e como não tive retorno até então, fiz contato hoje pela manhã, simplesmente disse que talvez não conseguiria prestar suporte, mas que iria verificar e desligou o telefone sem ao menos me dar a oportunidade de falar para me orientar onde posso conseguir atendimento. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Bad after sales.
