★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um filtro da marca Santa Maria tem uma semana e não gostei.primeiro as roelas que vieram não aderiram ao filtro , coloquei a torneira e ainda pinga por fora,e TB começou a lascar perto da torneira.

Comprei um filtro dessa marca, tem 10 meses, nunca tirei do lugar, nem se quer lavei as velas, e ele quebrou a base. Como assim??
Parece que não suportou o peso com ele cheio de água.

Faltou mais cuidado na fabricação.
Precisa melhorar se quiser concorrer com os filtros são João super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FILTRO DE BARRO DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE. FICA TODO MOFADO POR FORA MESMO LIMPANDO DIARIAMENTE. O atendimento no fabricante é horrível, simplesmente aconselham a ficar passando pano molhado todos dias entre outras desculpas como tipo de ar no local que está o filtro.
Meu filtro anterior era um São João . Não compensa comprar este santa Maria pois a diferença do preço justifica usar o SÃO JOÃO.
NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA.
SE VOCÊ É LOJISTA NÃO COMPRE ESTE PRODUTO POIS NÃO DARÃO SUPORTE AOS SEUS CLIENTES.
TERRIBLE QUALITY CLAY FILTER. IT'S ALL MUCH OUTSIDE CLEANING DAILY. The service at the manufacturer is horrible, they simply advise you to keep it wet every day, among other excuses such as the type of air in the place where the filter is.
My previous filter was a São João. It does not pay to buy this Santa Maria because the difference in price justifies using SÃO JOÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz alguns meses que comprei este filtro e não estou gostando. O filtro ficou empregnado de mofo preto que não sai nem com água sanitária . Toda semana tem que higienizar do lado de fora, pois fica cheio de uma película de bolor branco. Esperava algo melhor.
Cadê o dedinho pra baixo?!
A few months ago I bought this filter and I don't like it. The filter was used with black mold that does not even come out with bleach. Every week you have to sanitize outside, because it is filled with a film of white mold. I expected something better.
