★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja oferece ótimos preços e boa variedades de roupas porem o atendimento da caixa não condiz com o que a empresa oferece. Infelizmente minha experiência não foi boa. Tentei falar com o gerente da loja mas o mesmo não se encontrava. ( César) o valor da minha conta deu 36,00$ porém a moça da caixa passou valor a mais,
40,00$percebi o erro e falei com ela, ela simplesmente me deixou de canto e continuou o atendimento, eu esperando ela corrigir o erro, foi antipatica, cara de deboche, demorou quase um século pra trocar o meu dinheiro,no final eu falei que ao menos ela deveria se desculpar pelo erro dela. Quase desisti da compra, pela demora do troco e pela falta de atenção da caixa que por sua vez não quis revelar o nome. ( Uma senhora grávida,cabelos cacheados). Não gostaria de estar aqui fazendo essa reclamação porém como não tive contato com o gerente vim por meio do Google deixar minha insatisfação.
The store offers great prices and good varieties of clothes but the service of the box does not match what the company offers. Unfortunately my experience was not good. I tried to talk to the store manager but he was not there. (Caesar) the value of my account gave 36.00 $ but the girl of the box spent more value,
40.00 $ I realized the error and I talked to her, she simply left me in the corner and continued the service, I waiting for her to correct the mistake, she was unfriendly, face of debauchery, it took almost a century to exchange my money, in the end I I said that at least she should apologize for her mistake. I almost gave up on the purchase, for the delay of the change and the lack of attention of the box that in turn did not want to reveal the name. (A pregnant lady, curly hair). I would not like to be here making this complaint however as I have not had contact with the manager I came across Google to leave my dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da caixa , que não tinha crachá com nome , mais tinha cabelos ondulados , super grossa fez grosseria com crianças . Fui na loja com minha filha e com meus netos , e eles estavam com um balão e um dos baloes caiu na parte de trás do caixa , sendo que ela viu e nem se prontificou em pegar, minha filha falou para o meu neto pegar e na mesma hora ela em tom grosseiro disse que não podia entrar naquele local, mas ela mesma não se prontificou em pegar a bola , simplesmente botou o garoto pra fora e ainda discutiu com minha filha , foi debochada e disse que ela que tinha que dar educação aos filhos dela, até então estava solicitando calma as duas , mas depois que ouvi o que ela disse achei o fim, antipática ela já é mesmo, não tem nenhuma simpatia com o publico, se for uma loja direita e de respeito a moca que veio falar conosco que se dizia gerente vai tomar alguma atitude, só não devolvi a mercadoria pois tinha pago com débito, mas se puder nunca vou indicar essa loja para ninguém, não é a toa que vive vazia. Um absurdo lá é o poste que mija no cachorro? tb o negocio dela era bater papo com outro lá que tb não tinha o que fazer , falar do final de semana , ainda usou um termo escroto com minha filha "uma hora dessa?" enfim sou vendedora lido com público também e sei o que é simpatia e educação e isso com certeza essa criatura não tem.
Bad service from the box, which did not have a name tag, but had wavy hair, was super thick and rude to children. I went to the store with my daughter and my grandchildren, and they had a balloon and one of the balloons fell on the back of the box, and she saw it and didn’t even offer to pick it up, my daughter told my grandson to pick it up and at the same time she rudely said that she could not enter that place, but she herself didn’t offer to catch the ball, she just threw the boy out and even argued with my daughter, she was mocked and said that she had to give education to the Her children, until then I was asking them to calm down, but after I heard what she said, I thought the end, she is really unfriendly, she has no sympathy with the public, if it is a right store and respect the girl who came to speak with us who said that the manager is going to take some action, I just didn't return the goods because I had paid with a debt, but if I can I will never recommend this store to anyone, it is no wonder that it lives empty. Is it absurd there the post that pisses on the dog? tb her business was chatting with someone there who also had nothing to do, talking about the weekend, she still used a stupid term with my daughter "sometime?" in short, I am a salesperson, I read with the public as well and I know what sympathy and education is and this creature certainly does not have it.
