Precisei interromper por alguns meses e quando retornei, trocaram alguns funcionários e o atendimento ficou ruim. Antes havia confirmação de horário no whatsapp, o atendimento telefônico era bom... Agora, caiu muito a qualidade.

I had to interrupt for a few months and when I returned, they changed some employees and the service was bad. Before there was time confirmation on whatsapp, the telephone service was good ... Now, the quality has dropped a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência não foi das melhores. Fui bem atendida até fechar o pacote. Depois disso, precisei ficar insistindo para conseguir horários para ser atendida. A recepcionista não sabe o que è um pedido de desculpa e não tem nenhum consideração com cliente. Me senti como se estivesse procurando por doação. Ao finalizar o procedimento não tive o resultado esperando, ou seja, aquele mostrado em fotos e de acordo com a avaliação. Próximo passo, cadê as fotos para te mostrar o resultado do antes e depois ? Não encontram as minhas fotos. Se você fez dieta, fez atividade física, tomou os fitos terá e teve resultado, tem fotinhas para vender mais…, no meu caso não tive nem acesso às fotos.
Eu posso imaginar que vender algo nesse porte è difícil, mas não justifica te iludir. Cada vez mais valorizo o trabalho dos dermatologista, pelo menos a dermato que frequento não me oferece nada que não irar ter resultado, ou já me avisa antes que será superficial.
Cliente satisfeito, sempre volta. Além de indicar o trabalho, evitaria estar aqui relatando a insatisfação.
My experience was not the best. I was well assisted until I closed the package. After that, I had to keep insisting to get appointments to be seen. The receptionist does not know what an apology is and has no regard for the customer. I felt like I was looking for donation. At the end of the procedure, I did not have the result I was waiting for, that is, the one shown in photos and according to the evaluation. Next step, where are the photos to show you the results of before and after? Can't find my photos. If you went on a diet, did physical activity, took the shots, it will have and had results, there are pictures to sell more…, in my case, I didn't even have access to the photos.
I can imagine that selling something like this is difficult, but it doesn't justify deceiving you. I value the work of dermatologists more and more, at least the dermatologist I go to doesn't offer me anything that won't work, or already warns me that it will be superficial.
Satisfied customer always comes back. In addition to indicating the work, I would avoid being here reporting dissatisfaction.
