Meu veículo estava com problemas claros no alternador, mas as características que dei do problema foram negligenciadas e foi feito outro trabalho de revisão da caixa de fusíveis e alimentação da bateria, trabalhos estes que não pedi. Dias depois, o carro me deixou na mão pelo mesmo problema que levei para resolver e que foi identificado de imediato em outra autoelétrica.
Relatei tudo isto por telefone, porém houve descaso e recusa na devolução dos R$ 100,00 cobrados pelo serviço.
I recently had a bad experience with employee Rodrigo. My vehicle was clear problems in the alternator, but the features that gave the problem have been neglected and was made another revision work of the fuses and battery power box, these works did not ask. Days later, the car left me in the hand for the same problem that I took to solve and that was immediately identified in another auto.
I reported all this by phone, but there was indifference and refusal to return of R $ 100.00 charged for the service.
