Achei a comida cara para a qualidade oferecida, dentre os pedidos, pedi um misto quente onde o queijo e o presunto vieram ralados e não fatiados como é de costume em qualquer lanchonete que já fui na vida, só dava pra sentir o gosto do pão e da manteiga. quando solicitei a atendente que melhorasse o pedido para fazer jus ao tradicional misto quente, ela junto com o pessoal da cozinha soltaram piadas irônicas. Meu pedido foi atendido, porém a atitude das atendentes foi o que mais me chateou. A imagem do lugar ficou negativa para mim. Não retornarei nas próximas visitas a cidade. A lanchonete que fica logo em frente tem um cardápio melhor assim como o atendimento.
I did not enjoy the experience I had at the property. I found the food expensive for the quality offered, among the requests, I ordered a hot joint where the cheese and the ham came grated and not sliced as is usual in any snack bar I have ever been in life, I could only taste the bread and of butter. when I asked the clerk to improve her request to live up to the traditional hot mix, she and the kitchen staff let out ironic jokes. My request was answered, but the attitude of the attendants was what most annoyed me. The image of the place was negative for me. I will not return in the next visits to the city. The snack bar that is just across the street has a better menu as well as the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da excelente qualidade dos produtos preciso pontuar que hoje dia 11/02/2021, fui muito mal atendido neste estabelecimento. O local não dispunha, em plena Pandemia, de álcool para higienização das mãos nem ao menos água encanada ou sabão para lavar as mãos no banheiro. Desta forma fica a pergunta, como está a higienização dos funcionários? Qual a garantia de biossegurança que o cliente pode ter? Fica difícil manter a fidelidade ao estabelecimento com uma falta como essa.
Despite the excellent quality of the products I need to point out that today 02/11/2021, I was very poorly attended at this establishment. The place did not have, in the middle of Pandemic, alcohol for hand hygiene nor at least running water or soap to wash hands in the bathroom. So the question remains, how is the hygiene of employees? What biosafety guarantee can the customer have? It is difficult to maintain loyalty to the establishment with such a fault.
