Foi o seguinte: comprei dois bolos de pote, no valor de 12 reais e dei uma nota de cinquenta. A funcionária guardou o dinheiro no caixa, foi atender outro cliente e voltou dizendo que eu não tinha pago... Ela jurava que eu não tinha dado dinheiro. Fiquei putaço, e exigi que chamassem a segurança. O segurança veio, rodou o vídeo da câmera de segurança... E tava lá a verdade.
E se não tivesse câmera, como ia ser?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um capuccino. Quando mostrei o cartão a atendente me disse que não poderia vender pois a máquina de cartão estava "desligada". Quando me afastei outras pessoas vieram e pagaram no cartão.
Se estava próximo do horário de fechamento era só ter falado, não precisava mentir, mas se essa é a política da casa então tudo bem.
I ordered a cappuccino. When I showed the card the attendant told me that she could not sell because the card machine was "off". When I left, other people came and paid by card.
If it was close to closing time, it was just talking, there was no need to lie, but if that is the policy of the house then that's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos faltando 20 minutos para fechar a atendente se pudesse expulsar nos, ela expulsaria, mal atendimento. Não é porque está próximo à fechar que a pessoa precisa atender mal, entendo que possa estar cansada… mas nós não sabíamos que já fecharia o estabelecimento!
Pedi um cappuccino gelado, mas na verdade era um achocolatado de caixinha, não tinha nada a ver com capuccino.
