Entrei pra efetuar a devolução e fui muito mal atendido pelos atendentes, negando-se a entregar meu dinheiro mediante a devolução do produto que comprei, visto que nem o comi.
Perguntei se teria uma condição mais fácil de retorno monetário pois tinha feito o pagamento por débito e não seria viável retirar o caixa pois nem o caixa tem moedas e dinheiro trocado.( vai entender quem abre e quem fecha)
Me sugeriram transferência por pix.
Aguardei 4 dias e nada.
Solicitei o telefone da gerente do estabelecimento ou dona e em nenhum momento foi passado.
Solicitei contato com a proprietária Vilma e não tive retorno.
Entrei em contato novamente e solicitei que a dona do local entrasse em contato comigo, aguardei e nada. Total desrespeito.
Diante disso resolvi avaliar minha insatisfação com o local.
-Local não segue as condutas de boas práticas muito menos higiênicas de um estabelecimento.
-A mesma pessoa que abre a porta, pega sua encomenda e trabalha de caixa. 3 funções no mesmo funcionário.
-Funcionarios sem tag de identificação.
-Dificuldade imensa de retorno do dinheiro.
- Não há satisfação nenhuma do dono em relação aos clientes, total desrespeito.
Eu, fui cliente por 10 anos, nunca mais volto.
I bought a salty one and it came with ants.
I went in to make the return and was very poorly attended by the attendants, refusing to hand over my money by returning the product I bought, since I didn't even eat it.
I asked if there would be an easier condition of monetary return as I had made the payment by debit and it would not be feasible to withdraw the cash because neither the cashier has coins and exchanged money. (You will understand who opens and who closes)
They suggested transfer by pix.
I waited 4 days and nothing.
I asked for the phone of the manager of the establishment or owner and in no time was passed.
I requested contact with the owner Vilma and got no return.
I got in touch again and asked the owner of the place to get in touch with me, I waited and nothing. Total disrespect.
Therefore, I decided to assess my dissatisfaction with the place.
-The location does not follow the best practices, much less hygienic, of an establishment.
-The same person who opens the door, picks up your order and works as a cashier. 3 functions in the same employee.
-Employees without identification tag.
- Immense difficulty in returning the money.
- There is no satisfaction of the owner in relation to customers, total disrespect.
Me, I was a client for 10 years, I never come back.
