Comprei um macacão na loja do centro fashion e na hora a loja estava sem energia, não recebi nem comprovante da compra, mas meu marido perguntou se poderia trocar caso a peça não desse certo e tive a resposta que sim. Cheguei em casa experimentei e não ficou legal. Fui no dia seguinte fazer a troca e fui informada de que a loja não troca o produto, troca somente se a cliente querer a mesma peça de outra cor ou número. Resumindo, fiquei com uma peça que não gostei e que não vou usar. Estou muito chateada com a situação, pois perdi 110 reais. Lição do dia, não efetuar compras em lugares que não aceitam troca, pois o risco de ficar no prejuízo é grande. Ressalto que a atendente foi super gentil.
Good afternoon. I bought a jumpsuit at the fashion center store and at the time the store was out of energy, I didn't even receive proof of purchase, but my husband asked if he could change it if the piece didn't work out and I had the answer yes. I got home I tried it and it didn't look good. The next day I went to make the exchange and was informed that the store does not exchange the product, exchanges only if the customer wants the same item in a different color or number. In short, I got a piece that I didn't like and that I won't use. I'm very upset with the situation, as I lost 110 reais. Lesson for the day, don't make purchases in places that don't accept exchange, as the risk of losing money is great. I emphasize that the attendant was super kind.
