★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, infelizmente a fiolaser está deixando a desejar , hoje tive um procedimento às 19:00 hrs, simplesmente o estacionamento estava ocupado por veículos de pessoas que não eram clientes.
Qdo perguntei a recepcionista se aqueles veículos eram de clientes que estavam no estabelecimento,ela me respondeu com descaso dizendo que não sabia. Fiquei chateada com o ocorrido!
E estou sempre tendo problema referente as marcações, me programo para determinada data, e eles ligam em cima da hora para desmarcar.
Simplesmente estou aborrecida.
Acho que precisamos mais de respeito!
Good night, unfortunately the fiolaser is leaving something to be desired, today I had a procedure at 19:00 hrs, simply the parking was occupied by vehicles of people who were not customers.
When I asked the receptionist if those vehicles were from customers who were at the establishment, she replied negligently saying that she did not know. I was upset about what happened!
And I'm always having a problem with the appointments, I schedule for a certain date, and they call at the last minute to cancel.
I'm just bored.
I think we need more respect!
