★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiolaser (Villas do Atlântico) propagou rapidamente pela variedade de serviço, mas considero que utilizam técnica de atendimento ultrapassada, superficial que soa falso para o cliente. Uma doçura forçada, claramente treinada e não natural. Acho que ganhariam mais se de forma educada demostrassem prazer em atender pessoas, afinal elas trabalham com o corpo das pessoas e não podem se portar de forma tão plástica.
Fiolaser (Villas do Atlântico) has spread rapidly through the variety of service, but I think they use outdated, shallow service technique that sounds fake to the customer. A forced sweetness, clearly trained and unnatural. I think they would earn more if they politely showed pleasure in serving people, after all they work with people's bodies and cannot behave so plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com a depilação a laser. Comprei um pacote de 10 sessões, pensando ser suficientes para acabar com os pelos, mas não aconteceu isto. Os pelos só ficaram mais ralos e afinaram. Depois de gastar muito tempo, paciência e dinheiro fiquei muito decepcionada com o serviço prometido.
I'm disappointed with laser hair removal. I bought a package of 10 sessions, thinking it was enough to end the hair, but did not this. The hairs were only thinning and tuned. After spending a lot of time, patience and money was very disappointed with the service promised.

Liga e não atende, quando atende não tem horário é quando ficam de dar retorno, nunca ligam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não possui central de atendimento. A pessoa que marca por telefone é a mesma que vende, é a mesma que marca presencialmente...
Vendem inúmeros pacotes, porém não conseguem atender os seus clientes. Ter horários disponíveis.
E o pior quando o cliente reclama presencialmente fazem cara de pouco caso e de nao posso fazer nada por você. O descaso é impressionante.
Não recomendo comprar novos pacotes. Procure outro local.
The company does not have a call center. The person who dials over the phone is the same person who sells, is the same person who dials in person...
They sell numerous packages, but they cannot serve their customers. Have schedules available.
And the worst thing is when the customer complains in person, they make little faces and I can't do anything for you. The neglect is impressive.
I don't recommend buying new packages. Look for another location.
