★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Às vezes faz falta ter uma sorveteria mais tradicional, que serve sobremesas de sorvete. E como também vende-se o sorvete no quilo, temos os dois num lugar só. Além disso, o sorvete é bastante gostoso e existe uma boa variedade de sabores no cardápio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo a sorveteria, os sabores de sorvetes e o açaí, mas o atendimento nessa filial não é dos melhores. Já cheguei lá várias vezes às 21h e fui enxotada pela atendente já na entrada, sendo que ela mesma falou que o horário é até as 22h. Agora da última vez disse que era até às 21:30h, mas mesmo se for, não precisa começar a tratar os clientes mal desde às 21h né? É só na hora de ir embora educadamente pedir pra levantar da mesa, e eu levantaria sem problema nenhum
I love the ice cream shop, the flavors of ice cream and the açaí, but the service at this branch is not the best. I've arrived there several times at 9 pm and I was shooed away by the attendant at the entrance, and she herself said that the time is until 10 pm. Now last time I said it was until 9:30 pm, but even if it is, you don't have to start treating customers badly since 9 pm, right? It's just time to leave, politely ask to get up from the table, and I would get up without any problem

Pedi uma torta de sorvete da casa ($14 a fatia), que ainda não conhecia, e estava bem gostosa. Infelizmente um pouco dura demais (estava congelada, afinal), ficava escorregando no prato, que vejo todo melecado de calda de chocolate... Ainda sim, comeria a torta de novo.
A experiência não foi 5 estrelas porque o estabelecimento estava visivelmente sujo! Lixeiras cheias, sorvete no chão, mesas cheias de papel e com sorvete pingado... O pior é que não houve preocupação em limpar nada durante o tempo em que estava lá.
Vale a visita? Talvez pra pegar seu sorvete/picolé e comer em outro lugar...
Fioretto always delivers quality products!
I ordered a house-made ice cream pie ($14 a slice), which I hadn't seen before, and it was delicious. Unfortunately a little too hard (it was frozen, after all), it kept slipping on the plate, which I see all gooey with chocolate syrup... Still, I would eat the pie again.
The experience was not 5 star because the property was visibly dirty! Full trash cans, ice cream on the floor, tables full of paper and dripping ice cream... The worst thing is that there was no worry about cleaning anything during the time I was there.
Worth the visit? Maybe to get your ice cream / popsicle and eat somewhere else...
