Foi realizado um agendamento para um serviço, no ato do agendamento não foi informado que seria por demanda o atendimento e que este tal agendamento é apenas para não acumular muitos clientes. O agendamento estava para as 9:30h para verificação de uma peça e me entregaram o carro as 15:20h. Não sou da cidade e percorri 140 km até o local para receber a notícia que não seria atendimento no horário marcado. No retorno para substituir a peça, passei pelo mesmo problema, primeiro horário, mas como já havia 3 clientes da cidade na frente, antes de abrir o atendimento, fiquei aguardando estes primeiros que chegaram, mesmo o meu horário sendo o primeiro e ter chego até mesmo antes do horário marcado.
Em reclamação com a rede, nada feito, nem retorno deram.
It was not very pleasant. An appointment was made for a service, at the time of the appointment it was not informed that the service would be on demand and that this appointment is just not to accumulate many customers. The appointment was for 9:30 to check a part and the car was handed to me at 15: 20h. I am not from the city and I traveled 140 km to the place to receive the news that it would not be answered at the scheduled time. On the return to replace the part, I went through the same problem, first time, but as there were already 3 customers from the city ahead, before opening the service, I was waiting for these first ones who arrived, even though my time was the first and I have arrived even before the scheduled time.
In complaint with the network, nothing was done, nor did they return.
