★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfumaria em si ótima,mais em atendimento hoje eu estive na loja de Itapevi as 10:00 eu fui comprar algumas coisas,eu estava com o meu bebê no colo e com a carteira,veio uma moça e colocou um cartão dentro do meu cesto,ela nem se quer me atenção nem me perguntou se eu precisava de ajuda,aí fica fácil eu acho isso muito errado quando passei no caixa perguntei para moça pq eu não queria que a minha venda fosse para ela,a moça simplesmente falou que não podia,como assim não pode?
Quando eu vou eu sou atendida pela nayara ela me atende muito bem me ajuda,pq eu perguntei dela para a moça do caixa falou que ela entrava só de tarde.
Eu acho um absurdo q pessoa escolher cliente a moça que me atendeu ela simplesmente colocou o nome número sei lá e saiu para atender uma moça que queria ver a linha da loreal,eu comprei as minhas coisas e ela estava lá ainda com a cliente,isso para mim é ridículo.
E olha que eu adoro essa perfumaria ela facilita demais a minha vida,pq antes eu ia na Ikesaki(Osasco),agora sabendo que a nayara está só no período da tarde vou vê se consigo ir de tarde. Eu sou vendedora é uma coisa é certa vc não pode se desfazer de ninguém nem daquele cliente que entra só para olhar .
The perfumery itself was great, more in attendance today I was at the store in Itapevi at 10:00 am I went to buy some things, I had my baby on my lap and my wallet, a girl came and put a card in my basket ,she didn't even want my attention or ask me if I needed help, then it's easy I think it's very wrong when I went to the cashier I asked the lady because I didn't want my sale to go to her, the lady just said she couldn't ,what do you mean you can't?
When I go I'm attended by Nayara, she helps me very well, because I asked her to the cashier she said she only came in in the afternoon.
I think it's absurd that the person chooses a client, the girl who attended me, she simply put the name number I don't know and went out to meet a girl who wanted to see the loreal line, I bought my things and she was still there with the client, that to me it's ridiculous.
And look, I love this perfumery, it makes my life a lot easier, because before I went to Ikesaki (Osasco), now knowing that Nayara is only in the afternoon, I'll see if I can go in the afternoon. I'm a salesperson and one thing is for sure you can't get rid of anyone or that customer who comes in just to look.
