★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma churrasqueira a gás que está com problemas e não consigo assistência técnica. Já liguei varias vezes para a Chauffage e eles me indicam empresas que não fazem esse serviço. Muito chato isso. Churrasqueira sem uso. Acho que vai acabar no lixo.
I bought a gas grill that is having problems and I can't get technical assistance. I've called Chauffage several times and they refer me to companies that don't do this service. Very annoying that. Barbecue grill unused. I think it will end up in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. entrei para ver alguns itens e gostei de um. e um funcionário com muita má vontade veio atender. quando perguntei o preço , ele simplesmente e respondeu "esse e caro" e nada mais. desisti na hora de qualquer possibilidade de negociação com essa loja
Terrible attendance. I went in to see some items and I liked one. and a very grudging employee came to answer it. when I asked the price, he simply replied "this is expensive" and nothing else. I gave up at the time of any possibility of negotiation with this store

Fizemos teste da churrasqueira elétrica Felesa que por sinal é TOP! Carne assa rápido, pururuca a gordura e mantém toda suculência. Espetacular!!!
Uma dica: dê uma ligada pra lá e agende um workshop! Quase toda semana tem evento com chefs renomados da região (massa, pizza, churrasco, etc). Vale a pena.
Excellent gourmet space, where you can test products before purchase. The store only works with 1st line material! The place is beautiful and cozy! We tested the Felesa electric barbecue, which by the way is TOP! Meat roasts quickly, puruluca the fat and maintains all juiciness. Spectacular!!!
A tip: give a call there and schedule a workshop! Almost every week there is an event with renowned chefs from the region (pasta, pizza, barbecue, etc.). Worth it.
