It took too long in delivery and still delivered missing piece, I called the delivery man and he didn't answer, hung up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, agora a pouco foi a segunda vez que fizeram entrega aqui em casa e os mesmos rapazes entraram sem máscara, foram sem educação.
A dois meses atrás mais ou menos entregaram os móveis do quarto e largaram com tanta força no chão que rachou várias partes dos móveis! Tive prejuízo. Ouvi da sala mas fiquei quieta pq relevo muito as coisas.
Só não vou colocar mais fotos por que ainda bem que conseguimos esconder.
Hoje entraram sem máscara, tive que falar pra colocar que a casa era minha e eu estava grávida! Um absurdo em plena pandemia, pessoas se recusarem a colocar a máscara de proteção, fora que aqui no condomínio é proibido transitar sem máscara. Não teve o mínimo de responsabilidade social.
Infelizmente é por alguns dos funcionários que mancham o nome da empresa inteira.
Estou extremamente chateada e nunca mais vou querer o serviço de novo. Vou prestar bastante atenção na transportadora agora.
Bad experience, just now it was the second time they delivered here at home and the same boys came in without a mask, they were uneducated.
About two months ago, they delivered the bedroom furniture and dropped it so hard on the floor that it cracked several pieces of furniture! I had a loss. I heard from the living room but I was quiet because I highlighted things a lot.
I'm just not going to put any more pictures because I'm glad we managed to hide them.
Today they came in without a mask, I had to tell them that the house was mine and I was pregnant! An absurdity in the middle of a pandemic, people refusing to put on a protective mask, besides that here in the condominium it is forbidden to walk around without a mask. It had no social responsibility whatsoever.
Unfortunately it is for some of the employees who tarnish the entire company name.
I am extremely upset and will never want the job again. I'll pay close attention to the carrier now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma péssima trasportadora, hoje faz 7 dias que o produto esta com eles e hoje é o prazo da entrega 13/04 o produto esta com eles desde o dia 06/04. Liguei pra la dias antes me falaram que iria ser entregue ate o dia de hoje, porém liguei pra la hoje e me disseram que iria entregar no dia 16 a dia 18.
Nem explicaram o pq sabendo que é só pegar o caminhão ou carro e entregar. Me trataram como se tivesse me fazendo um favor, na hora fiquei com tanta raiva que cheguei a chorar.
Nunca mais compro produto nenhum entregue pela Dominalog Express e muito menos pela Firmo Trasportes pois são péssimas (pra não dizer coisa pior).
It's a bad carrier, today the product has been with them for 7 days and today is the delivery deadline 04/13 the product has been with them since 04/06. I called it days before and they told me it would be delivered by today, but I called it today and they told me it would deliver on the 16th to the 18th.
They didn't even explain why knowing that you just get the truck or car and deliver. They treated me as if they were doing me a favor, at the time I was so angry that I cried.
I never buy any product delivered by Dominalog Express, much less by Firmo Trasportes because they are terrible (not to say worse).
