Atendimento está SEMPRE deixando a desejar, infelizmente...*** Retificando caiu de 2 estrelas para 1, pois ao invés de me ligar para saber o motivo da minha insatisfação, apenas escreveu esta resposta totalmente fria e impessoal.
 Customer for at least 8 years, but lately I would not refer them to a friend! Service is ALWAYS leaving something to be desired, unfortunately ... *** Correcting it dropped from 2 stars to 1, because instead of calling me to find out the reason for my dissatisfaction, he just wrote this totally cold and impersonal answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a senha do meu cadastro da prefeitura para emitir NF e eles alteraram sem me avisar. Nao estou conseguindo emitir uma NF! E o pior,... o e-mail deles continua no cadastro da prefeitura! Ou seja nao consigo nem cadastrar uma senha! Ja cancelei meu contrato com a Fiscalizo e ao inves deles alterarem o email como todo mercado faz, eles alteraram a minha senha pra dificultar tudo. Já vi que nao sou a primeira que esta passando por isso com eles.
I asked for the password of my city hall registration to issue NF and they changed it without telling me. I'm not able to issue an invoice! And the worst, ... their email remains in the city hall registration! In other words, I can't even register a password! I already canceled my contract with Fiscalizo and instead of changing the email as every market does, they changed my password to make everything difficult. I already saw that I am not the first one who is going through this with them.

Atendimento excelente, esclarecimento de dúvidas e o principal...a transparência! Ocorreu uma falha no envio de determinada documentação (detalhe de uma nomenclatura, mas que faria diferença), me informaram a verdade (que mandaram errado o documento) e pediram que eu refizesse o processo, sem inventar situações...assumiram e corrigiram, isso me passou honestidade e credibilidade!

Excellent service, clarification of doubts and the main thing ... transparency! There was a failure to send certain documentation (a nomenclature detail, but it would make a difference), they told me the truth (they sent the document wrong) and asked me to redo the process, without inventing situations ... they assumed and corrected it, that gave me honesty and credibility!
